“Better than Target.

I'll always take a star for their parking lot though.

If it's any consolation, it's good people-watching while you take down a pizza slice or hot dog from the safety of your vehicle.”

“M&E helped us out with a last minute, urgent crossdock request. They quickly and safely unloaded the freight, stored it, and loaded it back out onto a new truck a few days later. They were nothing short of spectacular and incredibly professional through the entire process.”

“It's in the old Chase-Pitkin Warehouse, yeah you got to be over the age of 20 to remember that store before Lowe's and Home Depot came in and put them out of business.”

“Tucked away right next to the Kaleidoscope Collective, this is a up and coming spot! Within just a couple of years, both the Refinery and the Collective have changed and renovation has greatly expanded (for the better) There are many spaces and entire floors for rent that house small businesses and studios. Ok prices for now, I do feel like some are a little much...but I guess that’s standard for a warehouse this size. Maybe prices will change in the future.

I like that it’s mostly private and desolate and not too much ruckus (with the exception of holidays) Every floor usually has an event going on for Halloween, Christmas etc. Decent parking lot size. It may be hard to find spots when there is an event, but there is extra parking on Flint street. Just lock your cars because it is a tad bit of a seedy neighborhood even though personally, I haven’t had any problems here.

I’ve had a dance studio here for about 6 months now and the landlord is fair for the most part. It is a little hard to regulate heat and cooling since the floors, ceiling, and walls are mostly concrete. There is heat in my studio, but it still gets chilly in the winter and really hot in the summer even with the windows open. It’s not a bad or terrible spot, but there is still much room for improvements. Understandably, this is still a newish warehouse.

Overall, the entrances are secure because it’s operated by phone for tenants which usually detours random people from floating around the building. The only thing I wish this building had was a working elevator. I would suggest renting a space or a floor if you can afford it or split with roommates!”

“The entrance is through file st, you stop in front of the school buses and walk to the office, they give you a door that begins with LETTERS, not numbers, you release the box and you go out to wait in the same place and then they talk to you, they load quickly in half an hour they will load you”

“I’m a truck driver…I delivered there…my appointment 7am I’m done by 10 so it’s not bad for a tire load… the yard is not too big and they are sharing it with another company so if you park all the way inside, a guy from the other company may wake you up and ask you to back up a little the stuff are ok not too bossy…you give them the paperwork they will ask you to park and will call you when they are ready….backing up to the dock is not too hard”
