We met with the owner of Walsh Custom Concepts this past spring to discuss placing a Shade Tree vinyl Pergola on our patio. Before making our final decision Steve answered multiple questions and concerns for us via emails and took time out of his busy schedule to return to our home on several different occasions before finalizing our plans. Each time he was patient, understanding and extremely professional which brought us to the conclusion to do business with his company . Last week Steve and his 2 sons completed our outdoor project and we couldn't be happier with the final results. We would highly recommend Walsh Custom Concepts and would use his company again!

I don't normally do reviews or recommendations and this is a little bit overdue as the job was completed months ago.., But.., Steve and his crew did an amazing job with my under the deck ceiling! They were kind, timely, professional, and reliable! Definitely a "cut above" ! I would highly recommend this Company to anyone looking!! Thanks guys for your hard work and a great job !!

I had Walsh custom concepts do a custom waterfall for my pool. I could not be happier with the overall experience from beginning to end. Steve kept me updated every single day of the project about exactly what what going on and when he and the crew would show up. This is a great family business that takes great pride in their work. They went above and beyond to ensure I was satisfied. I would recommend them to anyone, and will definitely be using them again in the future.

I rarely write reviews for services of any kind, but my experience with Walsh Custom Concepts was so exceptional that I felt compelled to share it with anyone thinking of upgrading their outdoor space. I hired Steve Walsh and his crew to build a new deck, and outdoor kitchen. There are several reasons I would hire Steve and his crew again in a heartbeat, listed here in no particular order:1. Steve does what he says he is going to do, and does it when he says he will. From my very first contact with Steve, he has delivered on every commitment he made. Whether it was showing up to our first appointment on time, getting a quote to me, or showing up to do work.2. Steve communicates extremely well throughout the project. From start to finish, Steve always returned my phone calls, texts and emails. He never once left me hanging when it came to any project related questions I had.3. Steve and his crew take a team approach to projects, offering advice and listening to customer input. The design process for our project was collaborative in nature, resulting in a finished project that far exceeded our expectations.4. The quality of work is excellent. From the materials used on the job, to the methods of construction, the entire Walsh Custom Concepts team sets a very high standard, and meets that standard without fail. The proof to me was the day I had my first gathering on the deck and all of my very fussy, do-it-yourselfer friends were blown away by the quality of the work.5. The owner is the guy doing the work. The first day I met Steve, he showed up with his job trailer in his work clothes. I immediately knew that the guy making the promises was the guy who was going to have to deliver on them. It gives you great comfort making that sort of investment knowing that.6. Steve and his entire crew are just plain great people. I work near home and came home for lunch every day throughout the project. Every day without fail, the crew would take the time to answer my questions and put up with me watching them work. I appreciate their patience with me throughout the project.Usually, in the best of circumstances, dealing with a contractor on a major construction job for your home can be stressful and nerve wracking. I can honestly say that the entire process of building our dream deck and outdoor kitchen was a pleasure from start to finish, largely due to the diligence, skill, and professionalism of Walsh Custom Concepts. Steve Walsh came highly recommended to us from two of his previous clients, and we can't say enough positive about our experience which was a delight from start to finish. All of the contractors with whom he works are as knowledgeable and efficient as he is as well. We are beyond happy with our "new" kitchen, and we wouldn't think of hiring anyone else for any future projects.

We did a kitchen remodel starting on Feb 2 this year. Steve and his team were very proffessional and had great attention to detail. During the project if any problem occurred, Steve and his team worked around it and problem solved very quickly; not letting anything slow their work down. Always had a smile on his face and kept us updated while the project was being completed. His projected cost and finish time were right on par. We were very happy with all of Steve's work and will be using his company in the near future for more work.

We met Steve Walsh, owner of Walsh Custom Concepts (WCC) last June (2018). He was referred by a friend who specializes in Kitchen remodelling (from a sales standpoint). WCC was his primary contractor to recommend. We purchased a house in July 2018 with the intent of doing a major makeover to it. We got together with Steve several times and planned four large jobs. The kitchen/dining area of this large house in the main living area were the major part of the whole design- the house has a wide-open floor plan. The whole job would be quite costly and we were very apprehensive about getting the right person. Above the obvious pressure to keep the costs reasonable, we were most concerned about getting the best quality work possible, and about getting someone who would be honest, hard working, and especially-- someone who would stick with the entire project from start to finish without dragging it out!
We decided to go with WCC based on the very positive feedback we were recieving by way of recommendations, and we have not regretted this decision at all. A big part of the project was also that we wanted to build an addition to the back of the house that would be full of windows and emphasis the large back yard surrounded by woods. This "perfect setting" was really the whole reason that we bought property. Steve Walsh designed this entire addition from scratch, based on what we told him. The room design came together beautifully.
The full work on the whole job started on October 1, 2018. It was all finished by mid-January 2019. This involved demolishing the whole center of the house and redoing most of it. We had to live in the construction and dust, and we didn't want it to take a day longer than necessary. By Thanksgiving we were in our new kitchen and dining area, and we had a beautiful new fireplace. The house has been transformed and the work has been of excellent quality. The main work subsequent to this was on the addition. The new room was fully enclosed by mid December, and fully finished by mid-January. This addition turned out to be fantastic-- better than we imagined it.
We highly recommend WCC and Steve Walsh for any remodelling needs. His company specializes in outdoor living designs and we already have begun planning several projects for them to do in the outdoor areas of the property.

We had WCC put in an outdoor kitchen with sink, bbq, frig. They did a fantastic job. Great price and high quality work. Steve (owner) is accessible and onsight during construction, and he's got skilled workers with him. From the planning stage, with some great suggestions, to implementation, WCC was a pleasure to work with. I would use them if we had interior remodeling to do.

We have used Walsh Custom Concepts since 2013. Over the years they have renovated our bathrooms, our kitchen and built a beautiful outdoor living space. We continue to be incredibly pleased with the workmanship of Steve and his team. They are talented, reliable, trustworthy, honest and genuinely good people. We are so grateful to have found them and would highly recommend their services.
