One of the worst Walmarts you can go to. Constantly understaffed, does not have clean aisles, and nobody will pick up the phone. The cashiers all have attitudes and are rude. There are no bags yet no sign warning you of such. I would give negative stars if I could and that's saying something because you don't have to do much for a department store. Go to another Walmart.

Alot of bad reviews for this Walmart. My review is specifically for curbside pickup which I use usually twice a month. They have been quick and efficient. Substitutions are decent when they need do a substitute. I don't get produce from here often, but the produce I have gotten has been fresh and not damaged. The staff members that load the car have been helpful and have not loaded incorrectly.

Went to Walmart fuel station got there at 9:58 got out and it was 10:01 (thinking they close at 11). Turns out they changed their hours which is crazy as it is given Walmart itself is open until midnight! Refused to give me gas and my tank was empty. Freaking out where to find gas since so many local stations close

Terrible service, no one around to help. Not worth going there - more aggravation than it's worth!

This place had become horribly junky, messy and dirty. I understand with Covid the employment game has changed. This place seems to always bee out of basic stuff. You would think since RIT and U of R is around they would be better set up. Also they self serve lanes are ridiculously long. GO TO ANOTHER LOCATION

Been too many Walmart stores all over the US, some are very good summer terrible. This one is somewhere in the middle and below. Let's start with the service on the floor. Stop chasing the employees and hope that if you do catch one who is he knows the answers. Second, locks on items. I really found no logic in lock in some of the items and some not. Third, check out. Not organized enough and not fast enough. The next time I will come here for sure will be closer to open time. Hopefully they will have available people to help me find what I need and to answer my questions.

Today after I went in at 7:30am to send money walmart to walmart. After I waited in line the lady tells me she can't do it due that she can only do returns. She is not trained and she was not supposed to go there but they didn't have personal to put there. Wow what a waist of my time.

Possibly the worst shopping experience I've ever had in my life in the Rochester area or anywhere else. After shopping with my daughter and spending about $250 when I ask for help I can't believe I couldn't get it. I went back out to the car will my daughter continue shopping to get a shirt I needed to return to the store. I completed my return and continue shopping with my daughter. When we went to leave the store we noticed that my keys were missing we searched everything. We involve the manager several employees and check the service desk five times. We were Hysterical we even searched the parking lot. The manager put out a call to all Associates over the intercom describing the lanyard on the keys and we waited for an entire hour searching the store in the parking lot. We continually checked at the service desk. There were at least five separate times we asked that are frozen items and refrigeratable items be put in a cooler and we never got a yes or no for a response from five different people so now our things are basically ruined and I returned to the service desk one last time I asked the woman who knows nothing about it and she looks at me blankly and I see them I go what's that on the counter behind her! To which she just looked at me blankly and handed them to me. These are the keys everyone's been looking for I said when I did my return I must have left them on the counter. Let's head to the fact that I didn't lose them I left them on their counter and they couldn't figure it out between all of them wasting an hour of my time destroying our groceries and not even a sorry that not even a concession that that was inexcusable. Free phone from the car and let me speak to manager and got a young girl who said when you lose your keys it's on you well the keys were in the stores possession the whole time we couldn't find them in the store and and she tried to transfer us up higher and said they were busy and someone would call me. I'm now late for doctor's appointment and have expended a lot of energy for nothing. People in customer service at Walmart in Henrietta don't care they don't care enough to even tell each other where they put things or or look around. I will never shop at that Walmart again I may even see shopping at Walmart all together again like I have in the past over other things for a Time. I guess when you get treated like prisoners and don't get paid while you don't care about customers. The store needs a refresher course in customer service and pay raise but I'm not sure what for.

Was standing in the line at self checkout. I was the next person in line and the self checkout attendant started checking out the person behind and me even though I only had 2 items. I said something to the attendant and he said "Oh, she's an employee." Nice to know that employees are privileged. Also I'm glad customers can two whole shopping carts filled in self check out at the small registers.
