After having to wait nearly twice as long as quoted, the tech that put my tires back on crossthreaded my lug nut, causing over $300 in damage that I was forced to pay for myself to fix. Will never use Walmart tires again.

3 times in a row I stop by to get service 3 hours before closing, and they are done for the day. This is with empty bays and employees standing around. Yet I can go to brockport and get service with the same house. Managed horribly.

Worst tire shop I’ve been to. As I came to check in the people at the desk ignored me for 5 minutes while I stood there, when I told them what I’m there for, they still ignored me for another 5 minutes. I told them to check me in, and then they did. One the guys who only had 2 fingers on one hand, was extremely rude. He asked the other guy why I’m here. Upon knowing I had an appointment, he said everybody got an appointment. Now I am 40 minutes in an they still haven’t started working on my car. The mechanics are standing in groups just laughing with each other and not working. 0/10 do not recommend. Walmart should fire these people. I’m getting late for work..
