Walgreens is fantatic when you're in a pinch or in a hurry. The employees are very friendly. Huge variety of products! The only reason I don't give it 5 stars is because the prices are much higher than other stores. Otherwise, it is very convenient.

The pharmacy here is so disrespectful and takes forever to fill orders. I waited almost 3 weeks for my order to keep getting delayed with no updates and no help from the pharmacists. I did not feel respected by any of the pharmacy staff. I’m glad I decided to switch to another location because this place sucks.

Tried contacting pharmacy yesterday for a vital prescription transfer (I now live two hours away) I was on hold for an hour; called the next day to be on hold again for an hour having not spoken to anyone. I called the store front to see if everything was okay and got hung up on. So, they’re just not picking up calls for pharmacy. I’m not sure if this is even legal. I needed an emergency bridge prescription filled on a Saturday and fortunately another Walgreens obliged.

Wow ... if you want to go stand in line and be ignored by 2 able bodied people for a minimum of 5 minutes before you exclaim JC ... go to this pharmacy! Then when you call that morning to verify your prescriptions ready, they tell you yes and then put it back in stock but argue you didn't call. Lol. Then your son is epileptic and you order his medication in advance so it will be ready, and it NEVER gets ordered. It gets ordered 3 days later when YOU tell them to order it. My 3 year old grandchild can run this pharmacy better.Update: Customer service fail yet again!I had surgery, next day complications of surgery occurred. Doctor phoned in a script and requested I pick it up prior to emergency appointment. I called this store to see when it'd be ready. She told me 20 minutes. I waited an HOUR to pick it up. To my, not so surprised self, it wasn't ready and was told to wait another 20 minutes since the pharmacy was sooo busy. I lost it. I had to have a second surgery. This time with a hospital stay.This store has no one with any customer service experience. Working as a tech for 22 years, I had excellent examples of a customer first approach from all of my past pharmacists. One's who went above and beyond. Every time I go here, I need to come back at least 3 times before I get what it is I came for the first time. I had a prescription with a $0 copay, but because my card wouldn't work in the drive thru for the one that had a charge (my card works when I swipe it myself btw), I left with nothing. My doctor passed away and I needed a few refills. Instead of calling me and making me aware it can't be filled, they just don't do anything. Did you tell me this? Or are the people that don't know pharmacy law, just supposed to assume it? I can't get in to my new doctor for a month. So I had to tell the woman to call the office for one additional refill. There is no customer consideration anymore. And to think, I used to be proud to work for this company ... ?

When I mentioned to the pharmacist that the restroom toilets were encrusted with dried feces and so they might want to notify the maintenance services people, she replied that the pharmacists are the maintenance services people. Walgreens corporation should be ashamed for not providing adequate staffing. I had to wait 20 minutes to get my already filled prescription; the staff were all working steadily during that time. The pharmacist did an excellent job of administering my vaccination, and the staff were all polite, albeit obviously depressed and despondent about their working conditions.
