Worst pharmacy in Rochester. Hands down. They have messed up every single prescription I’ve ever gotten. The pharmacist and staff is super rude. Terrible people skills.

We came to the Latta\Long Pond location for flu shots. It was really busy. Only one pharmacist trying to give flu shots and everything else. We were having an issue with insurance, she took the time to help us out.

They don't know how to read doctors orders for scripts. doubled the dose of the original script that was given. Also said they would place a special order for a script of pull ups to only be told when i arrived that they don't do special order scripts for them. Then don't tell me you will make a special order and not follow through. Very poor customer service. Watch your scripts, because they cant read.

Love the convenience of the mobile app and the pharmacy staff is always helpful and friendly. The change in their hours has become pretty inconvenient, especially for those of us who work later but overall a good place.

Pharmacist Jon was very helpful on transferring a prescription while visiting the city. Great customer service. Was able to answer all my questions and concerns.
