    One of the delivery drivers on Winton was standing, blocking traffic and had his back to the entrance not paying attention to anyone and not visible from the road.     THIS COMPANY DID NOT DELIVER OUR PRE-PAID ORDER AND THEN WOULD NOT DELIVER IT OR ISSUE A REFUND. THEY BLAMED US FOR NOT LETTING THEM KNOW WITHIN 14 DAYS WHEN THAT IS FULLY IN AN EXPECTED DELIVERY PERIOD.
