Michael Liberti was very helpful. I came in with a broken screen, and needed an inexpensive replacement, as well as protective case etc. He was able to get me into a better phone within my price point and was able to assist me with making sure everything transferred over. I was having issues with my phone holding it's charge. So I decided to stop into the store to get some help. Mike Liberti met me at the door with a great big smile. He took a look and told me the company that makes my phone is no longer making them. He recommended another and better phone and brought all my information over from my old phone. It's was a fast and great experience!

I was having issues with my phone. Mike Liberti was able to assist me. He helped me pay my bill and get my phone back to english because it was in French. He even showed me how to take care of it myself if it happened again. That was great customer sevice. Thank you

While sitting here pondering my next move in life losing all my belongings because I'm stubborn and jerk I needed to charge my phone. The crew there are kind enough to let me sit and charge my phone. I do need a new phone and some other technology for my place and recording studio I hope to set up in the local area of Rochester. I know I've done a lot of wrong in this city and not many are happy with me but I need help and I don't know where to start. Any useful informational ideas, comments, or thoughts would be greatly appreciated. Thank you for your time. I'm sure Verizon especially this store will take care of you.

Had to stop by University because I was having issues with my phone. Mike Liberti made sure he took good care of me. It was hard for me to explain so I called my daughter and Mike was happy to speak to her over the phone. So that I could set my phone the way I like it. It's always great coming to this store. This is a terrible store and terrible service! I was a client of another operator, at some point I decided to try to switch to Verizon, which I now regret... There are incompetent employees working here due to the fault of which I have to come to this store or call customer support. They make mistakes one by one and make it look like it should be... When I decided to become a Verizon customer, there was a discount promotion on the phone, but they didn’t connect it to me, after which I have to pay the full amount. When I came to resolve this issue, they simply told me not to pay! Plus, during this meeting, the store employee raised his voice at me!

Mike Liberti was an excellent help in getting us organized with new iPhones. He was patient with us and helped find us the best plan to suit our daily lives. He has a great sense of humor and he was efficient with getting our data transferred to the new phones. He packaged up our old phones to return. Thanks for your help, Mike! ?

Had stopped in the store the other day to get assistance with my phone. Got the Sim switched but came to the conclusion that I would have to upgrade my phone. I was having issue with my phone, so I decided to give the store a call and Mike Liberti picked up. He took his time to listen to my issues and recommended suggestions over the phone. I explained that I could not do it, so he told me to come in. I wanted to work with Mike because he has amazing reviews. He was able to help me solve my issue with seconds. Had to go to the Verizon store for help. Mike Liberti met me at the door. He took a look at my phone and was able to fix it in 5 second. He was a pleasure to talk too. I will be back for all my future Verizon needs
