I inquired about an vehicle through their online question submittal. they contacted me the next morning and I set up an appointment for later that day to test drive it, and was put in contact with(the best salesperson I have ever had ) Kaya. I loved the vehicle and put a deposit on it. I couldnt take it home that day because it was having recall work done on it. i was supposed to pick it up a few days later ,but they were still waiting on a part. I work out of town most weeks , and with me being out of town the next week , I couldnt get back up there to close the deal until the following saturday. Kaya went far above and beyond and drove the new vehicle to my house in Syracuse dropped it in my driveway and drove my trade in back to Rochester!! I docusigned every thing and never had to return to the dealership. very good dealership & Kaya is a GREAT salesperson & I have zero "buyers remorse"!

DO NOT purchase a vehicle from valley Cadillac they will sell u a vehicles with codes on it and when u bring it in for service they will take their sweet time working on it you won't have ur car back for weeks and they will provide you with no loaner to get to and from work this has been one of the worst experiences I've had purchasing a vehicle they are awful please take your buisness somewhere else you will regret purchasing from this dealership

I've never felt more excluded going to a dealership than I did here, I went here for the 75 dollar test drive offer, when I showed up the receptionist was on the phone and completely ignored me, while waiting to speak with someone to tell them about the offer, I asked a salesman that was with a client he said he would have someone grab me shortly, 10 minutes later this lady grabs me and brings me to her office saying I don't have to drive a car and she doesn't have any pre owneds for me... I am young but I can afford a car, she also assumed I couldn't buy a car (based off my age) and if I would lease one or finance it. Then eventually says she will just validate my gift card and had me leave. Come a week later, no gift card, blatantly discriminated against and my one phone call to them netted me 0 results. Worst dealership I've ever been to. Never again valley Cadillac.

We recently purchased a preowned Infiniti QX60 from Kaya at Valley Cadillac and could not be happier! We are from Buffalo, and so most negotiation and setup was done via phone and text with Kaya. We drove to Rochester to trade in our Volvo and to pick up our new car. Couldn't have been more seamless. Thanks Kaya! What a great dealership!

I had a fantastic experience purchasing a Pre-Owned 2020 Cadillac CT6, From Joe Stier. He made the entire process quick and simple, without making it seem as if it was rushed through. My questions were answered thoroughly, and he made sure that my vehicle was perfect when it was delivered. He took extra steps to make sure that we were happy and satisfied with our automobile. Your efforts are truly appreciated. We would also like to thank Xavier for his professionalism and making us feel valued. I recommend any thinking of luxury in their automobile to spend some time at Valley Cadillac. The team there should be the template for the standard exceptional customer service experience. They make sure that you dont feel any buyers remorse after your purchase. Just finished working with Kaya on the purchase of a new car. I was purchasing from out of state so she really helped guide me through the process and communicated everything to me in a prompt, efficient manner. She even was texting me with updates after her shift was over. I definitely recommend working with her.
