Terrible experience I wish I read the reviews. This post office is terribly disorganized and incompetent even worse than the one on ridge rd. No wonder the postal service is experiencing fiscal problems. Do they pick the dumbest people out of all their applicants to give a job to?

My interaction went great! The parcel arrived from Sweden in seven days. At the time of delivery I was not at home, they left a notice, after which I had to go to the department. Everything in the department was fast and friendly. The staff are polite and attentive

I specially told them to hold my mail and they didn’t listen and ended up losing a $200 package by delivering to the wrong address.
Imagine trying to make someone’s life easier and they end up making their life more difficult by doing the WRONG thing…
Either the driver stole my package or didn’t feel like doing their job and gave someone a free $200 package because who cares? It’s not like someone paid $200 for it right?…
Anyway 1 star, they don’t follow instructions, they don’t follow up on support tickets, they don’t take pictures of delivery like fedex and ups, they are a horrible operation overall.
God help me if i ever get a package delivered from them again.

I have never been so disappointed with my packages being delivered for the 15 plus years until today. I had a package of live insects that was suppose to be delivered today and I get an email attempt to deliver failed because the moron could not place the package in or near my mailbox?? Obviously this carrier is new. Its like pulling teeth trying to talk with an agent at the main post office

I was next in line and the rep walked off without a word. Didn’t say she’d be right back, nothing. It’s 20 minutes later and still no help. The person behind me in line is furious and throwing tantrums. This is the worst experience I’ve had at any company, hands down. No wonder they’re failing miserably. They need to shut it down and start over. The service is horrible, the training is horrible. Just burn it all down and start from scratch.

Absolutely horrible...it's the WORST!!!! It doesn't matter how many are in line ahead of you, and there WILL be a line trust me, you're in for terminal wait!! Those working the counter almost always act like they're at their family reunion??!! They talk and chat, shoot the breeze, chew the fat, twist the tag til the cows come home. Meanwhile, the line grows longer n longer n longer but no one cares. Then, IF you finally make it up there, it's going to be a hassle and a fiasco to get or do what you need. Worst PO on the planet. They deserve negative five stars!!!!
