I received a suspicious phishing email and text the day a package was supposed arrive through this post office - and now the package has been delayed indefinitely. I want to know who is selling my information / trying to use their privledge at USPS to steal from regular people, and think this should be investigated by someone who cares about the accountability of an institution like this.

This plant are thieves I've had three packages now stolen at this location and three at Westgate and I filed complaint nothing happened. Contacted postal inspector and suddenly they all showed up.

Even though their website says they do walk-in passport applications, they don't. You need an appointment. Thankfully we had an appt for a passport and were helped by a friendly staffer.

Purchased a prepaid label online and printed at the self service machine. Normally when you pay at the machine it asks if you’d like a smaller label, but I guess if you buy prepaid it doesn’t. I went to the desk to ask if it would be possible to reprint the label smaller, or a couple other options—instead of offering help, the postal worker was short, rude, and unhelpful. I went back to the machine, canceled my previous label, and got what I was looking for, but had to pay extra because the post office is full price. No wonder why machines are replacing people all over the place.

If I could leave a zero or less than zero rating, I would. Every time I mail from here, my mortgage payment, it takes weeks to get there. Paid for expedited delivery, still does not arrive on the promised delivery date with no updates in the tracking system as to where it is. Jefferson Road post office is a failure, it loses your mail. When using a different location, it arrives as promised.

Employees are not scanning in packages dropped off at night before closing and left at counter!! This is causing my packages to not update and process immediately will now wait online with my 100 packages since the employees want to be lazy..

Horrible service! Rude staff with very little competency among them. It is absolutely amazing that any of these people actually have a job -- much less one that required them to once pass a civil service exam!

I was shipping overseas for the first time. Staff was very helpful and made sure I chose the least expensive option for my needs. Very clean and not busy

Insanely rude, almost racist, unpleasant, didn’t try to help in any way, wasn’t even greeted instead was just stared at uncomfortably. Would not recommend this location at all. Was given no assistance or explanation for him taking my information and throwing it in Avon behind him. Ridiculous.

I mailed a package internationally at this location a week ago, customer service was exceptional, the clerk was friendly and professional. Keep up the good work! The package has already been delivered.
