The rudest staff you will ever come across. Never one time has any person been nice here. Id rather go to the DMV. Especially the shorter lady with the glasses. My goodness this place is horrendous

I was just at this location for all of 10 minutes and had 2 members of staff be incredibly rude to me. The first woman felt the need to correct where I was standing in line and make me move literally 1 step forward but saying “excuse me, the line starts there”, and pointed directly next to me. There was no one behind me. The other was a man that helped me with my packages. First he was talking to the person behind me, which I didn’t realize and responded to what he was saying, he then said “I said sir, you’re not a sir”. Then I asked if I could send bubble mailers with stamps and he said yes, so I asked to buy stamps and he said “well I don’t understand why you wouldn’t just have us put postage on it and send it out for you”, which I said that was fine I just didn’t think of it as an option. He then asked me to verify an address on postage, didn’t ask me to verify it on the screen so I told him the address, he waited until I was done reciting the entire address to say that he meant on the screen and then said “what you’re not reading here is the big invisible sticker that says teamwork, you need to work with me here”. As a person that works in 3 customer service jobs, I would NEVER speak to someone that way.

Extremely rude staff. Constantly cut me off and refused to give any additional information. It wasn't even a busy time, I was the only person in line! Use any other nearby post office if you can.

You guys made my partner and I wait 3 days after our first 30 minute appointment simply because the first two inches of the first page said it was a renewal form, while the rest of the document was the exact same. Then you decide to cancel our appointment 2 hours before we go. It was extremely unprofessional, and I could sense the condescending tone and behavior from a mile away from the man who works there.

There is a woman who works in this office who should not be allowed to work with human beings. She is just mean, even when you're nice to her. If you ask her a question she looks like she could shoot lasers out her eyes and responds with a terse voice as if how dare you ask her such a stupid question. I hate having to go to her counter because she is the epitome of red tape and makes everything much harder than it needs to be. Everything is strictly by (her) book or else, no compassion at all. This is the most convenient location but I will drive elsewhere to avoid another encounter with this woman. I hope someday she finds some peace in her spirit because it has to be exhausting spending her days being unkind.

I just wanted to simply return one of the packages and SIDNEY was the person who did the process, his customer service is awful the way he talks to people is so sarcastic and makes people feel like idiots. WORST CUSTOMER SERVICE I HAVE EVER HAVE.

This location is literally the WORST.
I’ve had 3 packages simply disappear the last 4 months with 0 help from staff.
ALSO, I took my certified ESA dog in today (holding him) and the woman working demanded I put him back in my 97 degree car. Not caring he was an ESA. On the hottest day this year so far. Unbelievable. And highly illegal.

Caucasian wit glasses and bad makeup talk to me like I was stupid. I could feel the hate coming from her. She lucky it was 20 people in that mug or we would have been sorting out her bad attitude real quick. Sydney nice though.

The worst customer service I have ever received from any company providing service to the local neighborhood. Committing inside theft jobs. The postal carrier committed fraud by signing for my package, he dropped it off on my doorstep and called someone to come pick up the package. This was all caught on my front door ring camera. None of the branches assisted with filing a claim although the package was insured and they viewed the video and confirmed the carrier failed to comply with their regulations. Provided me with a number they stated was the Postal Inspectors and when I finally get a hold of someone, I am told they are not an investigative unit. Thankfully the representative that took my call decided to actually assist and got me over to the correct department, however still waiting to hear from someone. Between the local police department and usps postal department, getting help was an unnecessary mission and a horrible disappointment. More concerned with protecting a thief than their loyal customers.

I went there to pick up a package. The woman behind the counter was extremely rude, and unprofessional. She completely refused to look for the package, and check if they even had it.

USPS Is the worst parcel and mail service or maybe mail workers are not smart enough to make deliveries with efficiency and reliability, it's ridiculous find a note on my mailbox for a package that obviously doesn't fit inside my mailbox saying they wasn't able to deliver the package because is oversize, really? It sound to me that mail guy/lady didn't want to deliver the package or didn't want to carry to my porch and leave it like other mail companies who does their only job that is deliver, I always have a issue with this people and always try to avoid to use their service unless there's no other choice so now I have to go to their office to pick the package myself because that person wasn't reliable enough to do their job and USPS managers didn't care enough to address customers issues and concerns, how we can trust such service with this things going on?...
