Dropped off a package on December 2nd and the tracking shows usps is still waiting on package. eBay customer is not happy so I am waiting on usps to find out what happened

I dropped off packages outside of this location on Sunday morning. They are showing not in the system yet not even scanned in. I don’t know what is going on. I have never had an issue like this. I don’t know why they’re still sitting in the mailbox. Customers are mad at me for someone else’s mistake.

Convenient location, easy to access, park and leave. This location never seems to be crazy busy for me... staff has always been helpful and friendly when I need them. Not my normal go to post office but I great alternative when I'm in the area.

I drive to this post office. First from Spencerport, now from Brockport. I have NEVER had a bad experience there , ever. The post office workers are always efficient, pleasant, helpful, and knowledgeable. If there are lines, they take care of the customers efficiently and quickly. It is clean. Well organized. They have a copy machine there. Parking is great. I would give this post office 6 stars if I could. Kudos to all of you.

Always been my most friendly Post Office in Greece! No complaints. The "assigned" or regular employees for the West Ridge Rd. Post Office are always happy and ready to help!!!

Needed to mail a post card while in town. (Am I the only one who still likes to mail post cards?????) Anyways, I like the location of this post office. It was convenient since we stopped by Wegman's anyways. Luckily, I had a few post card stamps in my purse so I didn't even need to run inside. I liked that there was a blue mailbox outside and was able to drop it in. Easy peasy.

I dread having to come here anytime I need to ship or mail anything out. Staff here literally have zero customer service skills and are definitely not friendly. You'd be lucky if you found a postal worker who actually loves there job enough to at least put a smile on their face and actually care enough about being at work... what a joke

Weird how 100% of my 1/6 legal pad folded letters all made it to their destination but THIS post office flags them as too small. They are EXACTLY the size of a thank you letter. It’s just a postmaster spiteful about my lack of envelope. They WERE SHIPPED. THEY WERE AT THE DESTINATION POST OFFICE and were returned anyways. 1.5 miles away from their destination. Ridiculous. Pound sand. Eat glass.

Never had a problem at this location. I drop by once a month or so to buy stamps or send a package. They have a drive up droppostbox on the side of the building that I use, too. Support the USPS!
