had my card towed to the Mazda dealership on west Henrietta rd. I had an excellent experience with the service associates at this dealership. I need to mention that Dave S went above and beyond, helping get a claim documented thru my extended warranty, which basically the dealership didn’t work with anymore because of the incredibly long response time making it not feasible for the service personnel to work with on a daily basis. Because of his kind and professional patience I will be able to
get a partial reimbursement for this expensive repair for items covered under the warranty.
I just wanted to pass this information on noting that this type
of customer care is unfortunately rare. Kudos to this dealership for hiring knowledgeable and conscientious associates like Dave! I have spent a good part of my career working in customer services and can say that my experience with Dave at the Henrietta Mazda location was exceptional.

“Just wanted to say I love these guys man! I went in with bad credit from all the vehicle hard inquiries...I had no hope and I called Chuck and said I'm coming there at 12:25pm and he said give him till 1:30 to be at the dealership I said ok I'm getting dropped now I'll just wait. I sat there all the way to 1:30pm because because from speaking on the phone he sounded like he would be able to help me I had been turned down by other car places to the point it's embarrassing and it makes u feel like your less than because some of them are rude but chuck didn't make me feel at way allll! I also went to a dealer and got screwed out of my car smh he came in and ran my info and got me accepted for a loan I was shocked and they so fast and will get u ya car the same day or the next!! It feels
like they your family when u come in and they make sure they do things the right way and not trying to just take your money!! they actually care bout their customers and stand by their cars and are very honest !! “Nice selection of vehicles and a very friendly, accommodating staff. I also loved the preselected music during the test drive—it was a nice touch.
I could really like this place if they operated like a traditional dealership. I’m not exactly sure how they classify themselves, but they don’t function as a typical dealership since they do not negotiate, even with cash offers. The vehicles are priced above Blue Book value, which I figured was understandable because many dealerships leave room for negotiation. However, they wouldn’t accept $20,000,+ tax, cash on a $24,999 vehicle.”

“Big D lol Mr. Dioguardi was by far the best! I drove from Syracuse to Henrietta and he treated me, my son and my friend like family, he made us feel very comfortable. He was so welcoming, funny, and as real as they come! He knows his stuff. “Went in here from a ad I saw posted on Facebook. I was struggling to find a reliable auto dealer that wouldn’t take advantage of the fact that I had no knowledge of cars. I found a safe,clean, and reliable vehicle for me and my kids and didn’t feel like I was being taken advantage of. Bob showed me multiple vehicles in my price range and didn’t push me at all. He gave me full details, carfax reports, wrote out all the numbers and “what if’s” for me to GO HOME and think about. I was pushed by the big car companies to make a decision right then and there and I don’t like that pressure. Being shown 5 vehicles that were in my price range and needs and given the opportunity to go home and think about it? Amazing. He did not call or push me and I ended up taking the vehicle of my choice to my mechanic who has been a long time friend. He wrote up what he thought it should be sold for and the one issue he found (a loose light bulb) and I brought it back to bob. My own mechanics value of the car was higher than the price tag from bob so I was sold. Highly recommend if you’re looking for a non pushy used car dealer in the Rochester area!”

“A good mechanic is hard to come by. I’ve been taking my car to the same guy for 4 years now but he’s been booked so I called Stone Road Auto knowing family that take their cars there.
