Owner is rude, hung up on me by asking him a simple question. Customer service leaves a lot to be desired. Did not renew a policy and low and below they charged my account for a premium!

There is a reason why ratings are low for this company, Stanley the owner is rude and unprofessional, very difficult to reach and we have switched to a different agent because of this. He then tried to retaliate because we switched agents. Do not waste your time. Read similar reviews below.

I'm not skilled at writing reviews, I felt compelled to share my thoughts on this experience. After contacting the service desk regarding a new insurance policy, I was instructed to visit the office in person with required documents. Upon arrival, my documents were accepted, and I was assisted by an older man. However, his approach was unprofessional and unethical, unlike any other encounter I've had with governmental or nongovernmental offices. This left me feeling deeply disappointed and it is really embarrassing . If possible, I would give this experience a lower than 1 star rating and strongly discourage others from choosing this insurance company.

Terrible Experience with Urbanski Insurance
I recently contacted Urbanski Insurance for a quote and was shocked by the rude behavior of the owner. When I requested respectful communication, he dismissively said, "I am the owner, find someone else if you don’t like it." This level of disrespect is unacceptable from an insurance company. I strongly advise against using their services.

Probably the worst company ever. Seriously think twice before going here the owner a short older man is absolutely the worst and the meanest. They’re a scam horrible customer service. Give your money to someone who appreciates you and treats you with respect . I would give this a 0 if I could.

TodaySpoke with the man himself.WowThought Mr. Urbanski wouldAppreciate repete business,Mr Urbanski asked whyI dropped my insurance & thenCame back,I told him why,He complained about how difficult it would take to do his job!!!Or even one of his Employees .He then DEMANDED FULL PRICEup front.I asked and what would that be.He couldn't tell me.So I parted ways from UrbanskiIns.After paying PREMIUMSOn time , not submitting anyIns. CLAIMS.I think it's time for Mr. urbanskiTo get a Quotes from someSenior nursing homes.When you start throwingGood customers under theBus / well an MHAis just around the corner.
