The ladies at the desk are nothing but hostile, truly the bottom of the barrel. Their bad attitudes almost hang in the air like a stench. I suggest being more selective about hiring and increasing wages to attract a higher quality demographic. I've been to locations in Henrietta and Webster and it's like night and day. Until something is done, I will not be returning to this location.

Today I went to get blood work. Got there about 845a and left 11:11a. The longest Ive ever been was no longer than an hour. Not sure what the issue was. There were people arriving way after me and leaving way before me getting called. Its only blood work ( mine only took 5 minutes) staff was not the friendliest either. Maybe location? I was not happy especially since I had no food prior do to 12 hr fasting. Not looking fwd to my next visit.

Absolute garbage institution. Service extremely freaking rude, inconsiderate, and hostel. 100% should not be dealing with patients whatsoever.

Yes, it took a long time first thing in the morning, but they’re all like that. Destiny was amazing. So nice and you can’t even tell I had blood drawn. A star off for the urine smell.

Like so many medical places, these ladies are working their butts off short-staffed with little to no support. YET, they are so kind and so patient. The salt of the earth. I didn’t catch the name of who drew my blood, but it was one of the first times ever where I did not pass out. Thank you for your encouragement, and so many blessings to you and baby Syd. These ladies deserve raises

Went on a Friday afternoon & had to wait about 50 minutes. It would be nice if when you check in it would give you the estimated wait time. Otherwise, you're just sitting there and not sure how long it will be. The phlebotomist did a good job.

Rude staff. Opened late after lunch and only had 1 person drawing blood for the day. The waiting room was full and they didn't care or let people know. Don't waste your time here

Terrible. Late opening after lunch. Disrespectful to customers. Will not be coming here again. I am a nurse, and I would never treat my patients the way I was treated here!

The women working here have the patience of saints considering they’re helping hungry sleepy people get checked in all morning! They are professional, kind and skilled with the needle. My lab of choice.

My daughter was sent for blood work on short notice so this place was the closest. Upon arrival we needed some face masks a worker there came out of no where yelling at us to get out and wait outside till she brought us some. After checking in we sat there. Another patient came in and sat down and was called first by the rude nurse that was there. We waited until we got called by another nurse. This one was nicer. I felt that the other one was just bein racist. I have never went to a place where i felt embarrassed and not taken care of correctly. People working in the health field dont know what others are going through even my 12 year old felt bad about the treatment received by them. I will never go there for blood work again.

This place is amazing, and the people who work here are wonderful! My 15-year-old and I are both very hard to draw blood from, we frequently have to have many sticks to get a vein, or go to multiple places to actually get our blood drawn. But after starting to go here that's not the case anymore, here they normally get us on just one or two tries, they're incredibly kind, and they always do everything they can to ease our anxiety about it.

I arrived at 6:45 am for a blood draw. The lab was suppose to open at 7 am. A teacher was ahead of me and kept knocking at the door and window but eventually had to leave for school. It is now 7:25am. A worker from another office came and unlocked the door so I and many waiting behind me proceeded in. The receptionists said the door is automatically opened and they don’t open it even though it was 40 mins. Pass the opening time. Once in the service was very good but I’ve never seen a place lock people out like this. I was shocked to see another man try to get in after I left and the door was still locked.I hope the receptionist or whoever is responsible for opening the door at the correct time needs some instruction. There’s only a few blood banks open and I would think you’d like to provide better service in places that are open. I and many others never got in until 7:43am.?
