I was a little nervous about this location due to the reviews, but needed to have a 3 hour glucose test done on my day off from work. From the receptionist to the lab techs, everyone was very pleasant. Multiple people came in from 8-10am and they were all seen extraordinarily fast compared to other labs I have used. Everyone was in and out within 10 minutes while I was here. And they were precise with always drawing my blood at the hour markers which I have heard some other lab locations are not good at.The only downside was the glucose drink was warm, but it is God awful either way, so it didn't make any difference to me lol. I will definitely be coming here again for any future lab work I need.

I avoided this place for months due to the negative reviews. This morning I had no choice due to time and came here. I was shocked at how fast and professional it was. I'll definitely be coming back. This was the fastest, fuss-free lab work I've ever gotten! I decided to leave positive feedback thinking maybe other people avoided this place, too.

Total incompetence! Waited almost an hour because receptionist said she had no order for my 99 year old mother's blood work. Turns out she had it all along!! Very rude as well. Will NEVER come back here.

A longer wait than expected, they opened it 8, I got here a little before 10, and I wasn't seen till 10:30.

Would give 0 stars if I could! Rude staff and took over an hour and a half to get blood drawn….. terrible experience for this being URMC it’s an absolute disgrace of the name.

I used to always use this lab but the last few times I have been here have been ridiculously frustrating. I am pregnant and ever since the first blood draw they have been horrible. First two times they forgot about me completely despite me following the sign in process, once in the blood draw room I waited for 30 mins and again when I didn’t know my doctor hadn’t sent over another lab rec they just had me wait for over an hour without telling me. They do not answer the phone and THIS time I went in to ask how much longer- again I’m pregnant and this was a fasting test and when you’re pregnant and don’t eat you just keep puking bile- and I’d been waiting for over an hour and the person at the front desk was incredibly rude when I asked about how much longer since I really need to eat they said well I don’t know what you’re talking about just go wait in your car. Finally called me in to wait some more after 1 hour. Not impressed!!!!! (2021) **Edited 2023** And no one has contacted me to follow up like many of the other reviews. I expect better of a URMC lab your staff is horrible.

Very rude staff! I missed the “sign in” tablet that is high on the wall. I missed it ok!! And then she rambled on about “you can’t miss it. The first thing you see when you walk in”. So first experience was not so great.

My mom came to get blood drawn, didn't acknowledge us, after 5 minutes they asked for the name. Not personable at all, couldn't get labeling to work at first, they were complaining about many things out loud in front of patients. I wanted to get my car to pick my mom up as i parked faŕther away. They said no, cause their doors ere locked for lunch. My mom was in a wheelchair and on oxygen. After she was brought in, she got her blood taken and that lady doing that said go get your car. So I did, and upon getting my mom she said lets go, they were talking about us and complaining cause I left to get my car. I was told I could but regardless, noone should be complaining about my mom orI, it was all ridiculous and uncallwd for, very inappropriateand my mom shouldnt have been subject to that. We only went there for convenience, next time if we can we will go elsewhere. Hope someone talks to these ladies at the front desk. Thank u

Showed up just after noon and needed to leave & come back because they're closed between 12 & 1 for lunch. Waited in my car like the sign said I could & no one called me for several mins even though I was the only one in the lot so I went inside. Secretary called me by the wrong name & struggled to spell the names of some of the blood work tests I needed done. In the past labs have printed out a label for the urine cup but apparently they don't have that ability here because they needed to write it by hand & ask me to spell out my name & date of birth. I did the urine test & other people's urine cups were filling up the cabinet still & hadn't been taken care of yet. Phlebotomist wasn't very friendly & when she was done drawing blood she ripped it out of my arm & slapped gauze & tape on so fast & haphazardly that it fell off immediately before I even pulled my sleeve down & I was still bleeding but couldn't tell her because she already left the room. After all of that I got a call today that 2 of my blood tests couldn't be performed because the "specimens were beyond stability" meaning I now need to go back & get my blood drawn again. Definitely not going back to this location that's for sure.

The two women working there were so incredibly rude to everyone. At one point the one woman loudly said "I need these people to get out this waiting room so I can smoke" if she spent more time working and less time complaining she could probably go smoke a lot more often.
