This UPS location, are not honest people working there. I have been lied to and they damaged a shipment and will not honor the damage. I do not recommend anyone do business at this location. Even the manager is not a honest person.

Went here for Amazon returns. Showed the barcode and they gave me a receipt. No line. In and out in 4 minutes, can’t ask for better service.

I recently had the pleasure of using the UPS Store in Rochester to ship my PC all the way to California, and I couldn’t be more impressed with the service I received. From start to finish, the process was seamless and stress-free as can be, thanks in large part to the exceptional employees Shae and Shane.
Shae went above and beyond to ensure my PC was packaged securely, taking great care with every component. Her attention to detail and dedication to customer satisfaction were evident from the moment I walked in. Shane was equally outstanding, providing knowledgeable advice and helping coordinate the shipping logistics flawlessly. Their teamwork and professionalism truly set this store apart.
Shipping a PC can be nerve-wracking, but Shae and Shane made the experience not only easy but enjoyable. My PC arrived in perfect condition, and I owe it all to their expertise and commitment. This location has horrible customer service! Don't be confused by the 4-5 star reviews those are bots. Usually when I come here to return an Amazon package they just Scan the barcode from my phone and the label prints out. But not today! There were 2 ladies behind the counter 1 black, and 1 Hispanic they both started giving me confusing directions and they were pointing all over the place, then they got upset because I had no idea what they were talking about. After them yelling and being condensing I finally got it done. These ladies made something so easy turn out to be so hard . They need to be retrained on customer service skills especially the black girl after she saw I was frustrated she started singing out loud that she wanted to die!! (I even recorded her with my phone) There was an older Caucasian lady who asked the same questions I asked and they treated her like gold.

This store used to be awful. I haven’t been in in awhile, but have been in twice the last couple weeks and the staff is a complete change from the past. Very helpful, warm and friendly.

Terrible place terrible company. If something goes wrong with your shipment expect little to no help from customer service. Do not bother with corporate support they actively try to lose you in an endless phone tree. Not sure other carriers are better but if you have to use UPS go to the Henrietta location.
