The employees who work at this location are so kind, helpful, and patient. They are lovely every time I drop off labeled packages or have a return. The new (younger male) worker is not as friendly and knowledgeable yet, but I assume that is due to being new!
Personally, I recommend purchasing labels at home, or through a selling platform. The workers have no say- the prices will be higher in store than with e-commerce discounts. To be fair to negative reviewers, the prices in person can be quite high! The workers cannot adjust or change the shipping prices, and they have wonderful customer service.

Cheryle was unprofessional, impatient and disrespectful. I changed my mind about this location since there are a few other's. Hope I don't receive the same treatment.

Horrendous service. Cheryl was extremely rude while not having the patience to actually look for my package. She threw her hands up and said "I don't know what to tell you, these are the packages we have" meanwhile after she took a second look, there was my package.. right there in front of her. Was She apologetic? Of course not. Contacted the manager Mike P and he could care less.

Terrible! I went to pick up my package and the clerk sent it back to sender after only 2 days. Ridiculous! Even worse they lied to me about who sent my package back. Lazy, dishonest, employees! Especially the young male clerk. Avoid this location! Terrible just terrible!

The employees are so nice and gentle each and every time I come in the store and the store is always clean. I come to this one the most and it’s because of the people so nice and amazing customer service .

The lady behind the counter was being talked to like trash by a customer, she remained calm..I witnessed the whole thing..To the customer who tried to play the race card ,You were on your phone. Get off and you'll get served.. wasn't your skin was your attitude your phone bs.. take 5 min put the phone down handle business, then do your squawking.. rest of us don't have time for your calls . Keep it moving. Not about you .

Don’t drop off packages here - there pick up is in the AM anytime between 8am and Noon. If they picked up already in that window your package won’t go out until the next day! I had an overnight package dropped off at 11:56am on a Thursday and it wasn’t delivered until the following Monday.Go to the Greece Staples pick up is around 5PM there…
