The staff at THIS location, are friendly, knowledgeable and take care of their customers in a timely fashion. They work diligently to provide the best service possible. I drive out of my way just because of the reasons stated.

Every time I visit The UPS Store on Buffalo Rd I am greeted when I enter, receive great friendly service, and thanked as I leave. Customer Service is a priority for them. I will use this store rather than USPS at every opportunity.

I visited the UPS Store #0363 twice this week.at 2117 Buffalo Road Rochester, NY 14624. On 12/21 I had an Amazon return and on 12/22 I shipped a package. I dealt with an employee named Devon. Devon was very efficient with my return and the next day he helped me with shipping a package.Devon had a great personality and was very efficient with completing my return and shipping the package. It is nice to get great customer service!
