This UPS branch is the best in the business - Don is running a beautiful group of people, enthusiastic about providing great service. The competitor is just across the street which makes the difference in culture even more stark - I cannot say enough about Don and his whole team - they are remarkable!

If you’re shipping something time sensitive, pack it yourself. I paid for them to pack an item and it sat in the store for 24 hours. Had I known I would have packed it myself. Friendly and helpful staff but I lost a day.

I had the best experience at this store
I needed some fliers printed and Don ( the manager) was the most professional , energetic and courteous person ever! He went above and beyond what I would have expected and I was so happy with the product! Thanks so much for such a pleasant experience!

The employee who helped me was very helpful and kind. I felt they went above and beyond, especially since I was only printing my shipping label and they didn’t have to help me beyond printing it. But they also helped me package my return, which I thought was really nice.

Fantastic service at this location today! I had a complicated order and the location was understaffed due to an employee not being able to work their shift today. My service person was calm, efficient and very nice to work with, despite the super busy time of day and having to manage everything on her own.

I came in to return 10 shirts to Amazon and was a complete disorganized mess about it. Both employees were not only patient and friendly but also very friendly to my daughter. It was a very pleasant experience.
