I got to UPS at 6:30pm on the dot, and I was told that they couldn’t accept my verizon phone return because the employee was working alone and she already shut one of the registers even though they don’t close until 7pm. Super annoying to have made a wasted trip with plenty of time before closing to just be turned away. Very poor customer service.

The worst customer service I think I’ve ever received. Will never understand why every other UPS excepts USPS packages yet due to this franchise they won’t accept them.

Girlfriend went here and we were almost late for a meeting because the associate made it my girlfriend’s problem that she wasn’t receiving the print email. News flash, you’re supposed to help the person who is paying for a service. Rude behavior and unhelpful.

I sat in the parking lot waiting for the employee to open the doors ( late )
She left the lights off after she went in ( while other customers were there )
When I asked to order some print she said she had no idea how to do this and I would have to go on line to order them. She offered no guidance or assistance whatsoever . All I wanted were some
brochures or ad material from an email
I am the owner of two businesses
This is no way to operate and this employee should be terminated for failure to perform her job

After being ignored by her and another associate who disappeared into the back, the person who took my package (she was the manager) seemed to care less about me. Did not look at me once, and printed out a receipt where the tracking number ran off the edge of the paper and was incomplete. When I asked for another copy she pointed to the partial number and said it was there. I said the first 4 numbers were not visible so it was useless. She printed another one and handed it to me without looking at it. It was also incomplete. I asked for another. She seemed annoyed until she looked at it more closely and saw it was incomplete. She said I could check my email, but since I was not the person who issued the label that would not have worked. Finally she printed a third copy which was readable.

I worked with a very rude employee yesterday with poor customer service training. Possibly suffering from an unresolved emotional wound received in whichever highschool she dropped out of? A total lack of people skills were on display both in the store and over the phone. I'd rather send my package by horse then go to this UPS store again. Try Fairport or Henrietta.

Store's website indicates that notary services are available at this location, but they are not.
I'm not the first person to point this out (see: Danae Polsin's review from 10 months ago), and the owner replied directly, so they're clearly aware of the problem.
If you're truly "committed to providing world-class service", fix your store's website to avoid future customer frustration.

The woman who staffed the store on February 17, 2024 - the woman who identified herself as the store manager - was probably the rudest person I've run into in a very long time. I arrived at the store at 3:30, 30 minutes before the store was scheduled to close without what this woman needed to create a return label. I found what she needed, and I got to the door again 5 minutes before closing, just as she was locking up. "We're closed", We're closed", "We're closed". Two of us were turned away. I'd walk to Buffalo before I'd try to do access this store again.

The website for this store says they offer Notary Public services and offer an option to schedule an appointment online. An appointment was scheduled, confirmation and reminder emails were sent from UPS. I arrive for the appointment and they inform me they don't offer that service. Don't advertise a service if you don't offer it. Business 101.
