TEN out of five stars!!!Mark Updegraff quite literally found me my dream home!! To highlight the extent of this accomplishment, I must share that:I'm a single mom, first time homebuyer, with a very modest budget, purchasing in the aggressively competitive post-pandemic market.I'm also a salsa dancer and yoga instructor, and one of my pipe dreams was to be able to host dance & movement classes at my house.Well... Mark found me a home in my desired area, within my budget, that *just so happened* to have an open-space addition where I now host dance parties and yoga classes!Mark showed me dozens of properties. I had so many questions about the home buying & homeownership process, and he supported and empowered me the entire journey. No question was too naive or stupid, and there was no problem that couldn't be fixed.He also went to bat for me when I found the property I can now enthusiastically call a *VERY* happy home to me and my girls!I cannot more highly praise Updegraff Group Realty. I can say I am not only a highly satisfied customer, but a truly grateful friend :)

From my opinion this group is good on Reality especially selling properties. I warn you if you are a tenant and they are the property management BEWARE they are like a big group of Slum lords. The worse property management company I have experienced in Rochester. They matinance takes weeks to fix anything no matter if it’s an emergency or not. They know nothing about the houses they manage they ask tenants how to do their job they are neglectful and Rude and nasty when it come to upholding their end of the lease.

I’ve done business on multiple occasions with the Updegraff group. Trust is important to me and these guys deliver. I will only work with the Updegraff group when it comes to real estate. They’ve also responded promptly to emergent calls from my tenants and resolved all issues in their entirety... I would recommend this group for both property acquisitions as well as property services and maintenance. Top notch
