The nurses and doctors on 2600 took really good care of me , everyone there was so nice and really got to the root of what was going on with me , no one made me feel down about the situation , the techs was all super sweet , and nice and helpful , and I loved seeing a lot of different races working , my whole experience was amazing and I got the help I needed after suffering for months ! Thank you all ! May God bless each and everyone of you for being so Kind ! Best hospital ever !

Unity hospital was disgusting I wish i could post the pictures i took while staying there. Room 3118 4 of the ceiling tiles had either blood or some other stain splatter across them.
Room 2118 The ceiling tile above the bed was broke with large gaps around it. The Co2 fire suppression unit precariously hanging above the bed looks like this was being worked on and they never finished the job. These large gaps around the tile and suppression system allow for dust and contaminate to sift down from above the ceiling and are CODE VIOLATIONS. The bathroom in 2118 had not a drop of soap to wash up with, no soap in a hospital bathroom I guess they never heard of health codes. Unity Hospital reminded me of a filty unkept Motel 6. I'm surprised i didn't get bedbugs

Called to get a room number for a patient who I knew was in the hospital. Asked for the person by name - operator refused to provide the room and said they would give it when I came to visit. I am not traveling across country to visit, I am trying to send flowers! I worked for over 25 years in a inpatient psych hospital and know about patient confidentiality, but when the caller knows the patient name and that they are there the info should be provided. If someone calls and asks IS ____ there, then no information can or should be provided! I trained worked the switchboard on weekends and trained new hires on how to properly answer the phone.

Emergency is dirty they put patients in hallways even tho rooms are empty. Zero privacy for patients. Staff rolls eyes they don't care about you and it shows. My family has been here plenty of times and I have also been there a lot. I've been to all hospitals in the region and out of state and this location is like something like in a third world country.

I wouldn't have given any stars, but I had to in order to post this review. This is by far the absolute worst hospital I have ever been too. The nursing staff was eh, the doctors were eh. I would drive to another county if I had to before I would go one mile up the road. They are all too busy gossiping and talking on their phones. The Aids were way better than the nurses and so were the environmental services people. They left my mother in bed for DAYS never turned her which caused a horrendous bed sore that got her admitted to a nursing home for months, where she almost died. Not to mention they killed my father. DO NOT GO HERE................

Have been sitting in the waiting room in the ED for over two hours while sitting here I have witnessed HIPPA being violated on more than one occasion. A Spanish speaking patient needed a translator the translator was on speaker phone at the registration desk loud enough for everyone to hear in the room revealing all of the patients private and personal health information. Staff arguing with other staff members creating a hostile environment for both employees and patients.

Intake nurse lied on my medical record. The doctor that was supposedly seen me never examined me. Although I came in by ambulance from work they never gave me a return to work slip. No compassion whatsoever.

Ask your doctor which parking lot to use ahead of your visit, to make finding the correct location easier. It's a big place!

You will never get seen while the nurses at check in joke around eat food etc. They were losing patients and could not find them. Barely anyone in the waiting room but still waiting for hours.

I’m here now at unity at 12:33am. Been here for 3 hours in the ER while everyone walks around without taking care of my wife’s needs. It wasn’t even busy. Nurses getting water, heating up food with no concern for my wife’s needs. Now I I know why they have a . 2.8 rating out of 5 stars. What a disgrace

We went there tonight for a dog bite for my granddaughter. The looks, to the insults that were given to my daughter! They waited hours to even get her back into a room. They said we have up to 8 hours to stitch it up. Theres people that can't breathe here! Are you joking me! Shes 7 yrs old. My best advice is never take a child to Parkridge. I feel so bad for my daughter and granddaughter
