Took my car to them to my insurance company to have a door handle fixed paint the upper part of the door and a new door handle had the cartoon of days I did video and pictures of the whole car even the mileage so I pick my car up a couple days later two three days later the Sun was shining and I'm like what the heck is that around the bottom part of my car they damaged it and put their touch up paint on it and then told my insurance company it was like that now I got proof it wasn't so they damaged a part of my car and use the factory paint to touch it up and then sent my insurance company pictures of a white damage part of the bottom of my vehicle which my video has a date and everything and my car was sitting in the parking lot I turned my car over to them so I did video of everything in case something went wrong I'm not stupid and guess what it looks terrible they touched it up with paint told me come back they were going to fix it I go back and the lady was very arrogant I'm trying to explain to them I have video there was nothing wrong my insurance seem the video we blew the pictures up my insurance knows it wasn't there and I know they thought they were slick they thought they were going to get away with it thay pained my bumper a year ago the rust is already coming out take pictures people be careful these people good thing I was a step ahead of them does the insurance in me we all know what they did and then they covered upon with their factory paint like I told the insurance if it was like that I would have had it fixed I had full coverage and why would they cover it with their factory paint if they didn't do it on top of it and my video shows it was no damage

Dan and Mark and their crew always do an excellent job. They go above and beyond for customer satisfaction. You never have to worry how your job will turn out. The job always turns out perfect. Your vehicle is clean, and no smell of paint. They are always warm and friendly and work hard for you.

ATTENTION LADIES!!!My wife recently banged up the front of her Toyota Highlander. She felt absolutely terrible about it and wanted to handle it herself. She didn't want to inconvenience anyone else due to what she called a "stupid mistake". We did discuss her feeling someone may take advantage of her "because she is a woman". I am happy to report this repair shop never did anything of the sort. They were very helpful in explaining everything and worked with her to get her in and done in a timely fashion. I personally have never met anyone at this repair facility. However I seen the end product and they did a fantastic job getting her Highlander looking sweet again. She definitely raved about the way she was treated and if you ask her this is the only place to go. So fear not about being mistreated or taken advantage of at this repair facility. Furthermore thank you Ultra Fine for taking great care of my wife and fixing our ride like it was your own!

I hit a decent sized deer, and my jeep grand cherokee was pretty damaged, I don't know how the airbags did not go off. Ultra fine was recomended to me through a family friend so I had my jeep towed there. From the very start of the process, Mark and the team at ultra fine were helpful, informative and provided excellent customer service. Mark did all he could to make sure that i was taken care of and helped prevent my car from being written off. They did an absolutely phenomenal job repairing my jeep. It looks better than it did before the accident. They made the whole experience feel very personal and that they truly cared about me and my vehicle. That it was not just another vehicle rotating through the shop or "just a number." Even a month after I picked up my jeep, and had issues with defective headlights through no fault of ultra fine, they helped me get replacements. Do not think twice about bringing your car here. People say that after covid, the quality of businesses and customer service in general has diminished and I agree, however ultra fine offers a little hope that not all is lost. I'd give them 10 stars if I could and I will be recommending them to everyone.

Ultra fine collioson was recommended to me by Griffs auto when I damaged the driver door on my Kia Niro. I'm always a little nervous on using a new place being a 76 year old widow. I never write reviews but I want to assure anyone who needs collision work done, don't be think twice about using Ultra Fine Collision. Dan & all the staff are just the best to go to. After researching online for collision shops near me with the highest reviews I found ultra fine! And am I glad I did! Some kids where I live had scratched my car in the rear, so I popped in for an estimate. From the time I walked in such friendly, good humored folks (always a plus in my book), the estimate was a really great price. Since I was going in anyway I decided to have my hood and bumper repainted due to paint chips from over her years. Again, the estimate was a great price. Now, they are a busy shop, so I wasn't in a hurry for a asap appt. It was not quite 2 months. I really appreciate Dan's attention to the rust under my hood, I was unaware of the extent. He took care of it, again at a great price! I dropped off Wed and picked up Fri. The fender flare remains off because I have to re-ceramic the areas painted, so it was purposely left off. I am pretty pleased with the results. Pearl white, so 3 step process.Thanks so much Ultra Fine crew for making it look better than it did.
