Visited the area for the weekend and ran into this location for specific hair and nail items. I was impressed by very friendly staff. And the manager was super helpful. I usually don't shop at Ulta but will definitely start.

My 8 year old daughter had a terrible experience getting her ear pierced at this location. The ear piercing gun got stuck in her ear adding trauma to her piercing. In addition the piercing location was completely off from where the dot was put making it very noticeably uneven. I addressed it politely to the manager Robin that at first ignored me and then her response was “I don’t know what you want me to do about it.” She was extremely rude and completely unprofessional especially to my 8 year old daughter that should not have experienced this. It’s unfortunate that Robin has such poor management/customer service skills and is representing your store and addressing customers in this manner.

I have green undertones in my skin, so its very difficult to find lipsticks that work for me. But this Ulta has Juvia's Place, which has been a god send. That brand has true nudes (not ruddy browns) that look great on me.
I had to dock a star, because of the staff. There are some amazing, helpful people that work here. But Ive also had a woman laugh at me for asking for more affordable recommendations. Your mileage will vary, depending on who is working when you walk in.

My first time shopping at an Ulta and it was great! I was kindly greeted within seconds of walking in, I was asked by numerous employees if I needed help. The store itself was very nice, clean, well stocked and overall a great environment. I met an incredibly nice, friendly and very kind employee named Emmanuel who helped me when I needed and chatted with me for a couple of minutes. It meant a lot since it was my first time going to an Ulta and the last time I went to a store that sold beauty products I was treated terribly and it made me never want to go back. I can’t wait to go to this Ulta again! I had my young daughter with me and they were really nice to her as well.

Why offer curbside if you’re not going to bring it to the car? At least tell me that you’re not coming out. I sat for over 15 minutes waiting, waste of time. I went inside and explained to the lady that I had been waiting there for awhile and was not given an explanation or apology, she didn’t even really acknowledge what I had said. I got my order and left. Not a good look.

Recently went in to return something and both the cashier (I think her name was Mikayla) and the manager had a lot of attitude. I said Hi in a very nice tone and the cashier didn't even reply to me for a minute and didn't care to respond nicely when she did. I didn't feel welcome here honestly I felt stupid. If you don't want to work or don't like your job then don't work! It's not my fault if you don't want to be there, I'd like to be spoken to like a human.

So this was my second time at this store and it was pretty busy and the worker's was still on point with helping out everytime yes the service was definitely being handled in a respectable way not to mention my daughter found everything that she came there for definitely will visit again thank you all keep up the Awesome work ?

Worst customer service experience. They don't enforce their photo ID policy for every customer, ie the lady in front of us, but refused to give us our order despite having the barcode, confirmation, email etc.You call to tell us we need yo pick it up, so clearly you know who we are, and then you refuse to give it to us when we actually get there. What a joke.

This morning I went to pick up online order, first the cashier could not locate it. She then asked “ manager” Tommy for help, I showed them the barcode from my email, so he then went and got the products off the shelf, great but then he would not give me my order because my order was placed using my nickname and not the name on my license. I have ordered and picked up from this store several times over the years never did a cashier stop me from picking up my order they always checked my license and handed me the items I paid for. This “man” refused to give me the order I paid for. I guess its not common knowledge for these people that sometimes people can have one name but then go by a nickname, it’s not hard to comprehend one would hope. He could have asked to see my credit card to verify if it was me because the order was placed using that card. He outright refused the order, which again I PAID FOR.
