All the uhauls in this area including lake ave give uhaul a bad name. They r rude and very inconsiderate.

Paid cash on a deposit for a one way trip. Upon arrival, the employee tried claiming they are not responsible for deposits and I would have to go to Uhaul for my deposit. After the employee called the manager, the manager then claimed they can pay it back but it would have to be done by check and mailed out. However, I paid by cash ... not check. No where in my contract does it say I may not recieve deposit as cash ... which is very misleading. After going to an actual uhaul store and having it taken care of I learned that I'm not the only one to have issues with this location. Bad Service

Pretty sketchy they lock you in when returning a truck. Creepy vibe.

Cancelled our reservation the day before we were supposed to pick up the truck to move. NO appology, or anything. The "guarentee" is fake and Ridiculous.

Its ok they can improve in customer service on the phone they are bad. Internet had a website problem and in the store I waited almos 35 minutes for someone to assist me with my order.
