As an Operations Manager with a focus on customer experience, I know a thing or two about meeting or exceeding customer expectations. The reviews are high for a reason - these people go out of their way to make storing your items here simple and easy. I live 7 hours away, have never met the staff in person, but was always able to reach Bill for any questions around billing, accessing the unit, and other inquiries. He responds almost immediately and the story never changes over time. Will continue to use them in the future for any other storage needs.

100% recommend TruBlue! I was looking for a storage unit in the Rochester area a few months ago and chose this one based on all the great Reviews I read and this place lived up to all the great things I heard! The owner is so helpful, flexible and kind. I came in looking for a unit and he got me all set up within 10 minutes. Then, seeing I was alone, he even offered to help me move my stuff into the unit and told me if he wasn’t in the office to just call his number and he’d come over to help! I was absolutely astonished with his service and kindness. The storage units were so clean too! There was no dust/dirt, nothing! Extremely impressed with the condition of the space. Great security for the place and 24/7 access whenever you need. I only needed the unit for a month, I came into the office one day, told him my unit was all cleaned out and he had me all set with the unit closed in less than 2 minutes! So glad I was able to support his business, even if it was only for a month. If you’re looking for a safe, reliable, clean storage unit for your things, I would definitely recommend this one!

The customer service at TRU BLU is unmatched. Bill was phenomenal... Very helpful, accommodating, and personable. The storage facilities are spotless and secure as well. I recommend this place for anyone looking for peace of mind storage and a GREAT customer service experience.

Our son came home to Texas for spring break 2020 from his college in NY. While home, the university shut down for the pandemic. They said we had to move out asap. There was a travel ban to NY so we could not go. We had to figure out how to move him out from across the country. The college gave us numbers for movers and storage places. Most were taking advantage of the situation and charging astronomical prices, others were charging by the item! I kept calling and luckily got Bill from Tru Blu on the phone. He saved us! He recommended a great and reasonably priced mover and charged us a very reasonable price on just the size storage facility we needed. He went above and beyond for us. Bill has a lot of integrity and we will be using him for years to come.

Working from out of town, and using TruBlu storage has been a great place with an amazing operator. He is friendly and very accommodating. During the winter other storage places seem to let the snow stick around till it melts. I have been in and out of the facility often and this guy must have a snow radar or something he always made sure to have drive and walkways cleared of snow and ice immediately. A+ for the safety. will use anytime I am operating near here. Thank you

This place is great the storage available is very spacious, allowing a lot of items to fit inside. The place is kept very free of snow on the roads and clean. The owners are very nice creating a better atmosphere when renting the spot. Pretty cheap price for space. I have owned a space for 2 years now and have been very happy with my experience

Agree with the superlative reviews. Try Blu is conveniently located for the Pittsford-Brighton-Henrietta area, and close to the 390 & 590 expressways. It is new, immaculately clean, efficient and well-organized. Security appears well thought-out and entirely adequate, but access is quick and easy. Bill, the owner and proprietor, is very friendly and accommodating. Highly recommend.

I've rented two different storage units at Tru Blu, and both times the unit was immaculate and the customer service was above and beyond. This facility is in a very convenient location, and is extremely secure. Can't recommend it highly enough.
