Total Sports Experience is a great place for youth sports tournaments and kids' birthday parties. The facility is great, with well-marked fields. Staff are fantastic, helpful, and great with the kids, managing games and cleaning up everything. A great time is had by all, with good pizza and drinks. The prices are very affordable, making it easy to throw a great party. It is a great place for lacrosse and soccer events where everything goes smoothly and on time. Many families report it is the best move and plan to do it again.
When I move to Rochester I was a bit worried about where to play until I found this place online and have never looked back. Great place great exercise and great people

Went to an Upstate Professional Wrestling show. I gotta say, these folks put on a great show. I never really liked pro wrestling before, but after watching these folks, I can really appreciate the skill and choreography that goes into this.

Went to Flower City Comic Con (FC3 2025) there and had a great time. Well laid out, spacious, clean, and a really neat space. Hadn't heard of it before the con so now I'm interested in checking it out on a regular business day.
