We were blown away by this experience! Everything from the planning process to the day-of activities, it was all met with enthusiasm and care! My team left feeling energized and surprised by how much fun we ended up having. The Warrior Factory does an incredible job of making sure each person feels included and a part of a team. I highly recommend bringing your group here for a unique chance to bond and grow together!

This is a great facility. Coach Logan was awesome and went above and beyond to help ensure our 5 year old nephew had a great time. Can’t recommend The Warrior Factory Rochester enough.

I booked a party here for my son the gym part of it was fun and our party helper was great I don’t recall her name. When we went upstairs for pizza and cake I had 11 boys who wanted to go back downstairs I asked to pay for more time for all of them and Team lead Max said “no we have to clean up we close soon” if I had known upfront we would be stuck in a party room for 45 minutes with 11 boys I wouldn’t have booked. Then the one and only time Max came upstairs he awkwardly cornered 2 of the party guests and said “which one of you got piss all over my toilet” definitely concerning he didn’t talk to an adult first and he pulled 2 kids to the side and awkwardly talked to them in front of all their friends. After the party ended I asked him why he didn’t come to me first as I’m responsible for these kids while they’re in my care he told me he felt he needed to address it with them. Overall the kids had fun and 2 of the 3 staff members were great. Definitely wouldn’t go back though.

My kids have had multiple birthday parties here. They have attended classes and participated in ninja warrior competitions for several years. The staff has always been welcoming and professional. Great place to train or just have fun.

I can't believe the unprofessionism thatwe just experienced in this facilitytonight. The "staff" was not welcoming,rude and impatient, especially "CoachMax". The excuse that was given was' we're understaffed ". Unfortunatelythat has nothing to do with a payingcustomer. I believe you should alwaysbe ready at all times in any business,especially one of this nature. The kidswere treated unkind and spoken rudelytoo. I even witnessed some of the staff"pushing the kids out of the way". I triedto speak to Coach Max about myconcerns ( many of them) afterwardsBUT he brushed me off in a VERY RUDEand UNPROFESSIONAL way. I will notbe silent until I speak directly to theowner about my experience. I'm VERYVERY OFFENDED AND DISAPPOINTEDIn return, we may never step foot in thisfacility again!Signed,A disappointed and irritated customer

I had a birthday party for my child today. Everything ran so smooth and the employees were wonderful and very helpful. It was nice that involved with the birthday package water, plates, table clothes, forks, napkins, and the pizza(which they ordered). They were very helpful and handed out pizza and cake. It made it very stress free and easy for me the parent. The kids had a great time and are having a really great sleep tonight.Thanks warrior crew!! Definitely 5 starts!!

The staff is always very nice and the kids have a lot of fun. You can fill out the waiver for participation online and book open play ($20 for an hour) or book parties or classes too. Great for pre teens to use up some energy.
