Casey went above and beyond to help us find our first home in a safe location. As someone new to Rochester for work, she helped make our transition to a new city easy and this made our move less stressful. She updated us on new options within our budget and was always available to show us these options even around our late work schedule. I am confident she will help many other families find a perfect home like she did for ours!

My family and I worked with Casey Labuzeta, and she was fantastic!!! We were a large group with some differing opinions, challenging availability, and frequent and erratic shifts in focus. Casey not only hung in there with us, but was a model of patience and an amazing partner throughout the entire process. Her knowledge, thoughtfulness, professionalism, and kindness were unparalleled. Casey put in a lot of extra miles, minutes, and muscle in on our search. Couldn't imagine doing it without her and she'll be our first and last call when we need an agent again.

The Mary Wenderlich Team is a wonderful team. They did an awesome job in selling my aunt's home. I had the pleasure of working with John Wenderlich, who is such a gentleman. He was so caring and patient as we worked things out with my aunt who is elderly and speaks limited English. John was always willing to go out of his way to make things easier for her which she greatly appreciated. The Mary Wenderlich team's communication is top notch. They answered all of our questions timely and professionally. It was easy to trust them with this process after reading their great reviews, and now we can highly recommend them if you are in need of their services because of our own stellar experience working with them. You will be in great hands and glad to have chosen them, especially John.

We had John Wenderlich from the Mary Wenderlich team help us buy our first home. He was very understanding and helpful in all of our questions and entire process (even if some felt silly at times). He has helped others go from apartment to home and I would recommend his services to anyone in a heartbeat!

Nick and Casey provided us with a wonderful home buying experience. We have purchased homes in the past, but the post-Covid market was a whole new world for us. We had many questions and were very apprehensive, but they addressed our concerns and fears. In that tight, crazy market, Nick and Casey patiently persisted and found us a home that had everything we wanted. They then guided us so that our offer was the one which was chosen from the many that the seller received. This was our first purchase in New York, and the real estate laws were new to us, but their team stayed with us throughout the purchase process, so that it was seamless. I cannot recommend the Mary Wenderlich Team highly enough!

This team was a recommendation, and I'm so glad I took it because I can't speak highly enough for the people working there. I worked primarily with Casey and John, and they went above and beyond in helping me find my new home. Joe was extremely communicative and upbeat, and kept me in the loop for every step of the process and every update I received was clear and concise, and all three of the team members made sure that I felt like I could approach them at any time. When my first deal fell through due to seller issues, they didn't give up on me and encouraged me over the course of many months to hang in there. They gave me multiple loan options, helped me find financing, recommended homeowner's insurance, and genuinely made me feel like they cared about me as a person (even checking in via text every few months to wish happy holidays and the like!) My housing search ended up taking over a year due to various circumstances, and not once did they make me feel like I was a burden or that I wasn't good enough to work with them because of my financial situation. Every person in this office is absolutely STELLAR and I could not be more grateful for them. If for any reason I need to go through this process again, I can't think of a single office I would trust more than this one.

From our first visit the team have been great to deal with selling my sister’s house. While the house is in a lower price point John, Casey and team have treated me like a highly valued customer. I would most highly recommend them.
