This place is not only filthy but the machines took ALL of my money and half of the machines don’t work! Phone provided is out of service and the dryers smelled like cigarettes!! I will never come back again!!

Horrible I put my clothes in there at 12pm there was an error with my clothes being stuck and once I came back laundry mat was closed and the person was not there will be going to a different laundry mat.

Was closed on a Saturday at noon, was closed the rest of the evening. Walked all the way there with big bag of laundry, just for it to be closed.

I came here to do laundry and a creepy guy came in to charge his phone,I felt very unsafe, he was also smelly and yelling asking for money,also the television needs a antenna,the whole time I was there it sounded possessed,....

The first time I went to a laundromat to wash quilts, I happened to meet the boss. The boss was very enthusiastic about teaching me how to use and introducing the facilities in the store. The TV is always on during business hours, there is a snack and drink vending machine, washing powder, bleaching powder, and fabric softener vending machines, all of which use 25-cent coins. There is a coin-changing machine, and there is no toilet. There is a gas station, convenience store and library next to it. If you need to go to the toilet, you can go to the library. Next door is a second-hand bookstore. If you encounter problems with laundry, you can go to the second-hand store owner for help. There are 2 large washing machines, 4 medium washing machines and 8 small washing machines. There are 18 dryers, each of which can dry a quarter for 8 minutes. It depends on how many minutes you want to put in. You can also open the door of the machine and close it during drying, and it will continue to operate. I have come here for years, kids entire life and and he's 23 now. Renivating our laundry room and decided to pay a visit for old times sake. One of the machine took $2 and when bringing it to the attention of the man who came to close , he became rude and nasty, very poor customer service,he clearly needs the $2 more then me,I will never come here again and I will let everyone know they shouldn't come here either. Being a local owner on Monroe ave, I'm very disappointed that this is a representation of the community that we serve. #choosekindess

Not too big, washer extract well and dryers dry well also. Bill exchange doesn't accept $20's so make sure you bring 10, 5 or 1 doolar bills.
