Put money in the air machine and it didn’t work. Went inside assuming they should be the ones to help me. As all gas stations I’ve worked at, is the attendees are the ones to help or pay out their money, give it back to the customer and just have them go somewhere else and put an OUT OF ORDER sign on the machine.All I got was pointed to a different person. Then the other lady who clearly looked like she didn’t want to help me. Pointed out the door and said there’s a number on the machine. There is no number on the machine. There’s nothing. It just says 1.50 and everything is washed away.Put a sign that says out of order. Or maybe hire people who are actually gonna be assistance and want to at least look like they want to help you. Never in my life. Even in the worst part of Rochester have I had people at a gas station just not care??

I went there this morning. I purchased gas and the pump said to see the cashier for my receipt. The person working there claimed she did not have it. I asked her to print me one and she said that she couldn’t. Please train this person so that she can print a receipt and also remind her that she is there to serve your customers and not just sit behind the counter being passive-aggressive.

Typically gas station/c-store. Not much to differentiate between others. Wish gas was cheaper but they aren't far off from the cheaper gas stations

Attendant today tall man with braids. Crossing parking lot, smoking, going into back building. Sauntered out to line of customers, then with rude attitude. You can do better than this employee.

I just stopped at the Exxon station on South Winton avenue in Rochester, Ny, to vacuum my car. The machine was not working but it didn’t give my money back. I went inside and asked a young man by the name of Dylan (11:39 am on March 13) who replied with an unbelievable indifference “we have nothing to do with this company”. Faceless and with no concern about customers. He should be fired immediately. I certainly will not go back.A sign “not working” should have been placed on the machine immediately. So many people like me will loose over $2 dollars today and I cannot imagine how many people have lost and will loose until a responsible work notifies the authority.
