Had an online order said ready at 6:15 arrived at 6:20pm. Sat there waiting till 7:10pm. Why would the app say ready when it was not and then takes almost an hour after it said ready for 2 subs!

My fiancé and I ate here last night for dinner and we both are very sick the next day and had to call off work . Meat tasted odd and so did the Mayo . Almost like they were sitting out all day..

They are the rudest workers ever even on the phone when you call to speak with a manager. Ordered a sub they put what they wanted on there and didn’t even call before hand ordered a turkey sub they gave me bologna I don’t eat pork. If I could have gave them a 0 I would have.

Food is good but service is unbelievable. You ask them to make something that is on the menu with the ingredients right under the item and they act like they have no idea what you are talking about. Unfreaking believable. Isn't it their job to memorize how to make specific items on the menu that is right behind them? If they need help, just look at the freaking menu to see wheat needs to be added!! Very disappointed in the service I received today. Won't be back.

They are OK. They will sometimes make you a very good sandwich, and sometime you will wonder why you come back here. Know what to choose on different days, sometimes the Italian hero and sometimes the white.

Some young girl was extremely rude to me and my husband. Never said hello, never asked us what we wanted just glared at us the entire time. She loaded my husbands sandwich with pickles and peppers and he asked her if she could take some off. She rolled her eyes and threw the peppers across to the side and then proceeded to tell us that she can refuse to serve us because she did not like our masks. Absolutely horrible customer service, I guess they will hire anybody nowadays huh?

This is the second time this has happened. I either order online or over the phone, if you can't follow the ingredients for each sub, quit. It's not that hard! Disappointing. I gave them a second chance by ordering from them again but over the phone and put the wrong meats in totally different subs! unprofessional. Never ordering for here again.

I went to subway on February 21st in the afternoon and I received some of the best customer service from 3 young girls. They honestly made my day with how nice they were to me. I will definitely will be coming back to sub way the next time I'm at the mall.
