For many years I have gone here for my blood work. And they do a good job. You have to get there early in order not to wait. This morning I was there and there were approx. 22 people waiting. I think 3 or 4 people were drivers or family members helping someone. I arrived at 8:05, I was first, then shortly after others started showing up. And they made us wait in the mini entrance. They use to let us wait in the waiting room. They open at 8:30. URMC is good as far as drawing your blood and getting it delivered to the hospital for testing, plus if you have "My Chart" online on your computer, you get a copy of the results. And all of your appointments, doctors, physicians assistants, medications, etc.. I think they now have a phone app also.
