Worst haircut I ever received. Had a coupon so I thought to give it a try. Showed a picture and the hairdresser just started trimming an entire different haircut. I wanted to keep some length and longer on the sides. Warned her multiple times that it did not look like what I wanted but she assured me it was gonna look like my wishes. I think she started to realise it did not look right and she just started cutting everything off. After she was finished I had something that I think I myself couldve done better. Nothing was straight and little pieces of hair sticking out everywhere. Once and never again.

Person who cut my hair was clearly just starting and was not prepared. Haircut (simple trim, normally takes <15 minutes) took an hour total, at one point the manager came over to help and did some of it, and then coached the other person around my hair, without saying anything to me, as if I had signed up for a training cut. My actual head was being used to train a new employee. Then the trainee checked me out when it was finally over, and charged full price. Incredibly uncomfortable experience, totally unprofessional.

I got one on one treatment from the manager after my barber struggled to cut off the back of my scalp. The service was amazing and I found the two year old screaming go blue team at the college basketball playing on the tv. My barbers silence caused for a relaxing meditation session which allowed me to reflect on the past and future of my hair. 5 stars.

Nicole gave me one of the best fades I’ve ever had, she took so much care through the entire cut to make sure it was all looking good to me, made great conversation, very warming and welcoming personality — I will be back and will wait for Nicole as long as needed. She is wonderful.Service: Haircut

Got there when they were opening, they said they would just be a minute because of traffic, no problem there I said I’ll just sit in car and I clarified before by asking if it would b another 10-15 min, lady said yes I’ll turn the lights on when ready. 30 minutes later I’m still in my car and the lights are not on. Some people have stuff to do impressions to make, very disappointing and unprofessional. They are supposed to open at 9 not get there at 9:02 and open an hour late. Just wasted my entire morning waiting for a haircut from sports clips of all places.

I registered in the online “queue” 3x because it kept kicking me out. I was successful on my fourth attempt but when I got there they said I wasn’t in the queue. The cut was ok though.

Nicole was AMAZING. My 2 year old got a terrible haircut from another barber (a week before a wedding of a very close family member), and Nicole completely saved us by fixing his cut. She even stayed past closing to make sure we were taken care of. Will absolutely be back!

The best place I've found during our travels to get a consistently good men's haircut. I just wish NY State would let them do the shoulder massage at the end still... but they have to follow the rules.
