I would avoid. I came in for the first time to drop off 3 dress shirts and 2 dress pants. I was quoted $10 and told I could pick up my clothes in 4 days. I came in 1 week later and they tell me they're unable to find me in the system. I gave them some grace and came in the next week. After waiting for 10 minutes, they tell me they found my clothes and hit me with a bill of $40. Lastly, there was no empathy or apologies from the staff for this poor experience. I will not be returning.

I can’t say enough about the customer service. We had a fire and water damage to our condo. They came and picked up clothing and shoes. They completed the work in a timely fashion. Unfortunately, some items were lost. They made every effort to locate those items, and when they couldn’t, they issued a check for the replacement of those items, without any question. Working directly with the owners was a real benefit in dealing with speedy. I would highly recommend this business.

Terrible, dont let the name fool you. No same day service, no one in the lobby when you walk in, I was quoted 4 days for one garment.

They didn’t even remove regular dirts after cleaning and damage, left visible holes on each of my garments by using very thick pin to attach unnecessary marking tags. Not professional and extremely inconsiderate.

I took my dress and jacket to speedy cleaners. They were white when I took them there. When I went to pick them up they were dingy as if they washed them with dirty clothes. Matter of fact the coat had black lint or string on it. I took pictures. I will never take another item to speedy’s their work ethics are messed up!Service: Industrial laundry

So I was a customer at speedy's about for 15 years one of the guys that check the clothes in told me all color people got to leave a deposit like it was funny and Joe the supervisor agreed with him if that's not racist I don't know what it is.

Price is expensive but the customer service is on point. I will continue to go to them I been going to them for yrs. So yes with 2 thumbs up.

I was not pleased that my clothes had lint balls on them .The cleaner cashier offered to brush off my suit but I didn't feel that was fair to her.
