I have never In my 52 Years in Living in Rochester been a “Convenient Store” Person Other than Back in the 80’s WAITING in Line for Michael Jackson Glasses to watch THRILLER …!!! But I’ve been stopping in the a.m to get my Client a PAPER And I Have to write in and say DOUG ROSE and I can’t think of the Night woman Who filled in A few weeks ago HOW NICE ALL THREE Of these STAFF MEMBERS ARE …!!!!! They are KIND FRIENDLY AND PROFESSIONAL …!!!!!!!!! I’ve NOW Grown to LOVE this littl gas STATION WITH So much to OFFER But MOSTLY THE STAFF ARE ? ‼️

Is it that difficult to keep paper in the receipt area? When it's asks if I want a receipt and I answer in the affirmative...that means I want an effing receipt!!!

I love all the new product in store the new manager is great they didn't carry my energy drink and she asked me what I was looking for and she ordered it for me that's what I call good customer service.

Gas stations needs to stop having workers do 8 to 9 hours with no breaks because that's stressful and they don't get the nicest customers.Having 3 to 5 minutes without customers is not a break .Please fix the new store hours since it's not open till midnight ?
