The young light skin girl behind the counter with her hair up in a fro, the big girl who doesnt even work there, and two young men(blonde hair and dark hair) are beyond rude and lack customer service. Looked like some were friends hanging out behind the counter since they didn't have their work attire. Unprofessional. Must be nice to get paid minimum wage to not do anything. Having a conversation, ignoring customers and having attitudes when they actually have to work. Welcome to the new generation!!

I visited this Speedway on Spencerport Rd this morning and found a very offensive and poorly written message on the door as I attempted to enter one of the side doors. The message on the right tells customers that because of recent thefts and lack of security, they would be locking the doors from 10pm to 6am. I am fine with that and I understand that. What I take offensive to and am shocked by is that an owner would approve of such a message as the note on the left which says, " If this bothers you, instead of being rude go to Bryne Dairy( which just opened across the street) we don't need you, your money or your negativity". Well sir, you don't ever have to worry about me ever coming back there again to disturb you with my money. I will gladly buy gas and food and other items from that brand spanking new Bryne Dairy across the street.

I'm able to access Speedway easily due to this location being conveniently located to me. In addition, I use GetUpside, which makes my fuel purchases somewhat lower, due to the cashback payment.

Great staff, all of them honestly. Very friendly, and remember people who live in the area. Air pump outside makes it a truly 5 star gas station experience lol tempted to take away a star for the annoying ads while pumping gas. I'd rather pay a little extra than hear the TV on the pumps!
