first of all, The phone number any spectrum store provides is not gonna connect you to the location. I walked in just to exchange equipment and was told i needed to check in as if spectrum needed reservations for something so simple (Also assumptuous)I went to go check in quickly cus i was on limited time and the QR code cant be scanned by my phone with no other option to set one up. I left with no help of any kind being done and no explanation why i needed a reservation with 2 customers in the store.

Service time is very mediocre, too afraid to tell folks to wait so they jump in line. Always out of equipment on a regular basis(though im not sure that is honestly their fault). Good employees for who works and very straight forward explanations

I waited for 45 minutes to simply drop off a router around 10:15 am. They had one very nice staff member manning the floor alone… I felt very bad for him. suddenly THREE other employees come out of the break room, looking at their phones and not attending to clients. When one did ask “what I needed” it seemed more like I was being a burden than anything else. It was bizarre. Why have a bunch of staff on if they’re just going to leave their colleague alone to manage what would have been a very easy situation if everyone else was out on the floor. Truly bizarre.

I have already informed Spectrum that I am not interested in their products, and requested to be on their do-not-contact list. They said I will not be contacted in any way, yet they are continuing to send door-to-door salespeople to my house. Stop it already!

Store supposed to open at noon but hand written note on door said open at 1:00. We were treated by a rude female that should have not come to work since she doesn’t know how to speak to people. I hope she gets fired bc she clearly has no respect for paying customers. Don’t go there!

I just need to drop the modem and was told to join a line. The line is so slow. There is only one person working for customers. Very disappointed.

Evan C (I think his name was) was incredibly rude, left twice during our appointment to go get fast food across the street. Then proceeded to eat his big mac, fries, and drink while chowing down with greasy fingers. Worst customer service experience of my life and he was so so rude and made me feel awful. Other employees looked so nice and helpful yet he was the WORST. He appeared to be in the clouds (if you know what i mean)

I need to change the name on our Spectrum account in order to cancel some Spectrum services, as my mother passed away and the account was in her name. However, the only way to do it is to actually go to the Spectrum Store to complete the paperwork and submit a death certificate. They have a website where you can add services to increase your bill but they won't make the necessary forms available online or allow you to mail the death certificate so you can cancel services, which results in loss revenue for Spectrum. I have enough on my plate right now, an extra trip to Batavia is not what I need. Spectrum's customer service seems more focused on complicating the process which in turn forces the customer to continue to have to pay for services they don't need/want. I'm not impressed with companies that manipulate customers to generate revenue - that is what Spectrum is doing.

Customer service terrible. Like the kiosk never work no cash accepted only credit card. The machine always mess up everyime I have to pay my bill. And if ain't three front desk is only two and wait a long time to be called...they don't have nobody that speak Spanish either. The best place to pay is in Henrietta spectrum store or Irondequoit.
