Craig Heberle and his assistant Franz did a fantastic job installing our corian countertop. It's very difficult to see the seam, and the flawless surface was polished to a very smooth finish. They were on time, polite, and hard workers.

Our countertops were just installed by Kyle and Brian, two very knowledgeable and friendly guys from Solid Surfaces. They arrived on time, did a fantastic job on the installation, answered all of our questions and cleaned everything when they were finished. Tried to become friends with our barking dog, even though Remi was not having any of it. We would highly recommend Solid Surfaces to anyone looking for a great company to do business with. They are truly professional and we absolutey love our new countertops. Thank you so much!

Installation done today by Chris and another employee (I didn't get his name). Work done was very professional! They both seemed to know exactly what they were doing and were done promptly! We have an infant in the house and they warned when it would get loud ect. When they were leaving, Chris came back in and fixed one last thing as he wasen't happy with the install 100%. Overall, we are very happy with the install, and quality of product received. We cannot recommend Solid Surfaces enouph!!

Never been so disappointed in my life. Waited 7 years to finally finish the last room in our forever home, our kitchen. Ordered through Home Depot and fabricated by Solid Surfaces. Communication issues from start to finish and $8,000 later I am unhappy with my countertops and neither Home Depot or Solid Surfaces will help me. The details of my order with my salesman at Home Depot were not sent to Solid Surfaces, everyone agrees about that. No one will fix it. If I could give zero stars I would. No “designer” or “project manager” spent any time on explanations or designs. It was a money grab from start to finish and I should have known this would happen. I was warned by three people and thought how could such large companies possibly screw this up, they do this all the time. Apparently they screw this up all the time too. One month later and all I got was one email promising a response I never received and a home visit from two men from Solid Surfaces. They just kept trying to convince me I should just be happy because they thought they looked fine even though they weren’t the finishes that I ordered. Solid Surfaces wants no part of a solution. Home Depot at least corresponded back and forth by phone and email by they refuse to fix the issue also. So I am out $8,000 until I can find another avenue to get this corrected. DO NOT USE THIS COMPANY I BEG YOU. The only positive to note is their four installers were amazing men and very kind and professional.

Solid Surfaces was the contractor for my kitchen and powder room countertops for my recent renovation. Matt and Jonah did the install and took great care in laying down drop cloths across the carpeting and new kitchen floor. They were great about advising me about the process and answering questions. The finished product looked terrific and the seam is hardly noticeable. They also made sure to discuss how to clean and care for both the sink and counters. When they were done, they made sure to sweep up and leave a clean kitchen and powder room. I am very satisfied with the counters and the installers.

The absolute worst customer service ever. Installers showed up 2 hours before the scheduled time, fine I was home, let them in - no phone call, no heads up that they were ahead of schedule. I paid for plumbing install, installers then claim they don't do installs, when I advised I had paid for an install, was then told they didn't have their tools on them. So which is it, you don't do it or you don't have tools. They do the job - couuntertop they had to cut on sight and it is very uneaven along the edge against the stove. They ask me about the sink, I asked if they would be doing the installation they said yes, someone would be by tomorrow, they will call before they show up. I agree to let them silicone in the sink. I sign off on the paperwork and they leave - 2 hours later I get a phone call from Home Depot that I need to be refunded for the install. Did I get any kind of communication from Solid Surfaces you might ask... absoulutley not. So I called them to ask what was going on and the VP got on the phone, very condisending and then fed me a bunch of bull about how the plumbing was outside their scope. Okay, but when I asked why they allowed their installed to lie to my face about a plumber coming I was fed a line about someone being out with Covid. Well, believe you me I will be teling everyone I know to avoid this place like the plague, the lack of communication and professionalism is appaling. All I expected was a call from THEM to let me know what was going on, and apparently in this day and age my expectations are too high.

Today I had the pleasure of working with Matt and Zack on a countertop replacement. They showed up on time and were courteous of the house, the dog and the job at hand. Matt was very knowledgeable about what had to be done and took his time with getting the job done with no other damages. Would highly recommend him and look forward to other projects with him.

Wow. Make certain your salesperson is experienced, knowledgeable and listening to you. We experienced a very rude young woman. Even tho asking for our money back now put us way behind schedule, I believe trusting your sales/contract manager has considered your best interests is more important.

Solid Surfaces NY replaced our countertop at our house. Cory & Matt the installers did a great job. Met all our demands and we're very friendly and knowledgeable. Also kept everything neat and did a great job cleaning up after themselves. Would highly recommend!

Joe And Gary from the Install Team were excellent. They came in and covered the livingroom rug from the door and through to and into the kitchen. Their personalities were so refreshing. They were both very knowledgeable in their counter installation skills. The counters look fantastic and the seam is like It's not even there.I would not hesitate to hire them again. Great job guys!

We had our quartz countertops installed. The installers were very professional, knowledgeable and thorough. The seams were done very well, and not noticeable at all. Very pleased with all of it.

HORRIBLE! Non-disclosure until too late to make any changes. DO YOUR BUSINESS ANYWHERE ELSE! We will be making a complaint to the Attorney General's office.

horrible experience from the start...no one gets back to you. first countertop had chip unit...week later, a new countertop was cut...didn't fit, so caulk was used to cover the large amount of space that was left. looks like a child put it in. next, out of countertop we chose, picked out another..that on back order. nightmare..my master bathroom was out of use for four weeks, only shower worked in there. finally, found something they did have in stock. no one seems to put the customer first there...u are lucky if you get a call back from someone much less an apology
