“I just dropped off my package there for shipment, and I was given good customer service! The person I worked with was no stranger to hospitality. I asked for a paper and pen as I didn't have the shipment address written down on a paper. He didn't acquiesce like some people at the busy shipping locations would.The interior was inviting, and the scent in the air was from an incense. Don't let the store front fools you, and parking is plentiful. I came here as it's the nearest shipping facility, and I'd definitely come back again for the convenience and to support this local business. Every time I go to a FedEx store, there's always a long line or the employee's not at the register, still dealing with the printing stuff or other packages.”
“Every year I do a Christmas cards for our organization and the staff at the print office is so great. They have no problem assisting you in what you need help with and there are great deals and discounts when you order something.”

“The employees who work at this location are so kind, helpful, and patient. They are lovely every time I drop off labeled packages or have a return. The new (younger male) worker is not as friendly and knowledgeable yet, but I assume that is due to being new!
Personally, I recommend purchasing labels at home, or through a selling platform. The workers have no say- the prices will be higher in store than with e-commerce discounts. To be fair to negative reviewers, the prices in person can be quite high! The workers cannot adjust or change the shipping prices, and they have wonderful customer service.”
“It was a great service. The woman there was reasonably fine, but the guy receiving packages aroind 4:00 PM was exceptionally kind and helpful.
Update (July, 2024): They have a awful communication among their organization.
Their Call Center told me that they were certain that at this location they could help me to copy some documents before sending them, and that the only location didn't have a way to assist with that were the ones inside another business.
So, I the first time I went just to waste my time. I had to go elsewhere for the copies, and come back later.”

“My husband thought he needed a monitor cable because our monitor was not working. Staples Penfield NY was out of stock of the cable. The sales associate offered to check the monitor in the store. It turned out it wasn’t the cable. Sales associate said it may be the video card. Since our computer is old we are now thinking of purchasing a new computer and will be buying it from this Staples because of the helpful sales associate.”

“Overall experience was good. Juan was my driver/deliverer. He attempted to deliver my elliptical (452 pounds) and it was on a skid and became stuck on the liftgate. He had to come back the next day to attempt again. It was placed on another skid and he was able to successfully deliver it safely off the truck. I don't know who put it on the skid, the seller or the shipping company but it wasn't properly assembled. Overall I recommend this company but use your judgement and take a risk. Personally I think they're understaffed and could be difficult to get heavy things off their trucks. Less was super nice, he offered assurance that my item will be delivered safely. Which it was, I just think their drivers are understaffed, underpaid and don't have enough training.”

I recently moved to another area 15 minutes away, and after going to this other post office, I will gladly wait in this line to deal with Jim or Jay or Alan, or annnyyy other employee at this location! They have such sunny, fun personalities that truly change the atmosphere. If you walk in here having a bad day, it will surely turn around. Not to mention, other places will deny you if you don't have things packaged up, labeled, or taped properly. These people will actually help you get it situated without making you feel like an idiot. “Will provided the best customer service and help I've witnessed ever. He was very quick and efficient the entire process. He offered me a cardboard package instead of paper that I selected making it better reinforced. He explained shipping dates, rates and confirmed all of the information. He was polite with all the customers and had a very friendly attitude with his coworkers also. Will offered me stamps and passport help also which I didn't know the USPS offered. This guy deserves a huge pat on the back. He should be a corporate trainer for customer service. Amazing.
