I love shaggy dog if they weren't here I'd be grooming my 2 service dogs myself. they have awesome groomers they're very patient understanding & care very much about the dog's they're grooming & they're willing to learn verbal commands and sign language for my hearing impaired service dog Suki one of my dogs to be groomed. They take the phone off the hook so no calls can come through. The woman I normally get my dog hair by I think she quit. So they don’t understand the schedule I missed an appointment they said they would call me back never did I had to go to PET SUPPLY and pay 70 dollars for a damn cut which is insane

Now that Carrie is gone? Bad customer service. Had an appt that got canceled cause groomer got sick. (OK understandable) Instead of asking to make another appt., the girl hung up on me.

Just left there and these girls are great. They did our dogs nail so nice which was amazing cause she wouldn’t let no one else touch her she is a bitter when it comes to her nails but they were great with her. Diffently going back already made appt. Very nice girls and great with the animals
