The customer service lady put my receipt on the bags but not the product. I called them as soon as I checked my bag and the manager wanted me to go to the store I went the next day, but the same lady told me that she put on the bag she was rude! Never buy anything from this store I waste my money n time.

Autumn from this store was super helpful today! I needed some guidance on finding a foundation for some photography events I had coming up. She walked around the store with me and helped me find the perfect formula/tone for my skin. She also helped me find a primer, bronzer stick and foundation brush, as I wasn't sure where to begin with all of the options! She made the process super easy and fun and I found great products that work well for my fair skin. She was also very friendly and patient !

Patricia, the manager at the Sephora in kohls, needs someone to put her in her place. She thinks she has the entitlement to yell and give attitude for no reason? All I wanted to do was return an item and get something fixed on my receipt that THEY did. I came in, wasn't rude and just asked for a return and something to be fixed. She starts giving attitude and the other employee starts talking to me about my problem trying to help. She starts screaming at me saying she can't help me since she's the manager even thought the employee started the conversation ??? She kept adding her input for no reason, "werent you here yesterday?" Yes and I'm here now to return it and try to fix a mistake you made??? Then asked me if the birthday gift I wanted was in store or online and I said yes. She proceeds to give more attitude by saying " yes to what?". The other customers who were being cashed out look at me and start saying she's being so rude for no reason! It's disgusting customer service and for her to be rude to an 18 year old who just wanted to return something is beyond me. Patricia needs to be fired since this isn't the first time she spoke to me this way. It wouldn't kill her to be nice.

I wish I knew the persons name that helped me today. They also helped me last week and they are so generous. If the store doesn’t sell the brand, this person will definitely help you find something even better. They walked around with me for like 25 minutes just to find the perfect perfume. When I came back in today, I watched them deal with a very disrespectful, difficult customer and this person stayed so professional. And they helped the customer anyway. If anyone knows who worked by themselves today at the Henrietta Kohls Sephora location, comment their name so people know to always go to this person! Thanks
