Had a cracked windshield, went through my insurance to get it replaced, windshield was replaced and I paid 60$ for new wipers and one of the wiper blades flew off my car on the highway, it was the first rainfall since getting my windshield replaced and it happend to be a thunderstorm and I had to drive over 20 min in the pouring rain with no wipers, I could have crashed and lost my car or my life I was genuinely fearing for my safety and this Safelite location is too blame, I called this store over 7 times to get let them know what happend and they never answered, called customer support and even they tried to call and got no answer, getting my case escalated but I jus want people to know what kind of business this is
P.S My rear view mirror also fell off the day after getting my windshield replaced, I fixed it myself but if I didn’t have mechanical knowledge I wouldn’t have been able to drive my car until someone fixed it, luckily I work as a mechanic and fixed it myself but this could have been a major issue if I wasn’t

Some of the most courteous, professional, and speedy staff in the auto repair industry. I was simply blown away at the attention I got when I arrived. The clerk walked me through everything and it took half the estimated time.

Terrible workmanship - aside from the plastic debris, grease all over my A Pillar and rearview mirror, I noticed the housing that covers the rear view mirror components wasn’t on quite right. When I opened it up I found that they had snapped the clip that holds the wiring harness in place. They also snapped the tabs off the housing itself along with putting a big scratch in the plastic.
The windshield itself sits at a depression on the passenger side of the car and is above the car body on the drivers side. There also appears to be a small chip already in the edge of the glass.
Do not take your car to this location.

Love the customer service, but do not go here if you want to get your windshield replaced in within a month of your appointment time.I had to wait a week because they didn’t have the windshield they said they had in stock. Then when I actually went in, they said that it was the wrong windshield, I waited 1 hour walking by the highway to find this out, then they scheduled me for a windshield two weeks later.Two days before my appointment, I was told they didn’t have it. One week later, today, I went in for my replacement. They got this windshield directly from the manufacturer. After over an hour sitting by the highway, I’m told It is the wrong windshield yet again.Customer service is great but this number of times they have told me to come in and get my windshield when it’s not actually there is pretty bad. It’s been a month since I first went in to get it fixed, and I’ll probably be back in a week or two. They have my VIN and all the necessary information, but I’ve wasted hours sitting on the side of the road. I never leave bad reviews but this was just a stressful experience.Again: wonderful customer service, that’s why it gets 2 stars instead of 1.Don’t blame them for the lack of availability of the part, but rather the fact that they’ve gotten me the wrong one multiple times and have had me come in and wait an hour multiple times.Ps. They left their garage key in my cupholder, I didn’t realize till I was gone, but that gives you an idea of the level of incompetence there. Pics attached.I’ve tried to call to let them know I have it, but all the numbers lead to a bot that tells me to check the website.

It was as easier than going grocery shopping. From making the appt on my insurance app to picking it up, no issues at all. It is hard to call the office direct though.

Installed a different windshield half a year ago, ended up fixing it later. It was still an inconvenience but whatever. Called today to try to talk to someone, couldn’t speak to a representative because they have a machine “assisting” over the phone. The most horrible way to direct customers. I was understanding until this phone call. Please get rid of the robot and have someone answer your calls.

This site is incompetant. The customer service representative is a joke. I am now on week 4 with an aftermarket windshield that wont pass calibration.No safety features are working and no cruise control. After 4 weeks for a correct windshield this is ridiculous.Do not use this franchise.

You can’t speak to a person. When you call It just keeps hanging up making you go to the website-which also sucks. If your questions or problem isn’t in their drop down menu you’re screwed
