I lived there for 3 years when in college. They made my life hell. They would check the apartment for additional roommates and ransack the apartment whilst we would be in school. Big time infringement of privacy, they would levy charges of having more roommates than on the leasing document and levy fines, even after telling them multiple times that because we were students it was possible for friends to come over and stay over, which should explain extra pair of brushes etc. But they were he'll bent on harassing us. My two cents to students and people looking for apartment in Rochester. Please stay away from Rustic village, they were inhumane and rude managers, I had to seek legal help to get myself and my roommate out of that hell hole

"Very Rude Managers" that just don't care about anything including their Tenants living there! All they want is to get the Money from them for living there! They don't take care of "Issues" either.

This is a great fitness center for rustic village residents. It is not a larger scale fitness center but have enough equipment to facilitate a descent amount of people. They got around 6 treadmills one home gym a whole bunches of dumbbells and many other equipments. Also they got unlimited supply of disinfectant wipes so you can clean up the equipment after you are done.

So.... Im looking for an apartment near MCC away from Downtown. I remember Ive always wanted to live near MCC so I can continue my education there. I call and get a woman who says no application fees but that they want strong credit, and rental history which we do have (we paid our rent on time all thru the pandemic and have been at our current sh**hole downtown for almost 4 years now. She says we each have to make 100 % of the rent in one week (WTF?) in order to qualify. She says pets are allowed and I tell her we have a cat but we have a letter from my doctor as a emotional support animal and she says they need a letter from my doctor. I said I can look for my original letter or request a new one. She then tells me that THEY will call my doctor to request that letter and Im like well, due to HIPAA LAWS that may not work for you, let me get the letter from my doctor and THEN you may call and verify away. Guess what? She didn't like that one bit. Neither did I. I checked their reviews this pst weekend and decided Im screwed either way. Im not moving there because it sounds like something I don't wanna experience. I already been getting screwed by my current leasing office and I have legal action against them already so Im staying . That is unless I win the lottery then Im moving out of the country. Nobody in the USA deserves my hard earned money. I don't deserve to live in fear from either political party or their deceitful agendas. I still live in the downtown scam building and I WILL post a review on yelp! As soon as my court case against them is resolved . I wish I could say the same but I don't wish to disclose anything at this time since I still live there.

Small and lacks a lot of equipments/weights. But should be fine for most of your workout. Gets crowded during the evening

Must be rich and have perfect credit. They do NOT believe anyone with any negative mark in their credit deserves a place to live. This even applies to those with kids. Update: wishes me well as I sleep on the streets. Can't write this stuff.

Found a nice unit for my son. Liz was very helpful and went out of her way to make the experience enjoyable. Can’t say enough nice things about the service we received.

They are money oriented. They did not return our deposit because of some makeup spots on the carpet. They tool all of the deposit. It was unbelievable.

Management is an absolute trainwreck here. Atrocious inability to communicate, the office staff either speaks misleadingly or flat out lies often, & they’re unreliable as all hell. They’re nice apartments to look at, but once you’ve gotta deal with management’s ineptitude beyond lease signing, you’re gonna have a really bad time.
