My hairdresser is great and I ALWAYS leave happy. Today there was a gal who was on a political soap box, speaking loudly and imposing her need of political conversation on anyone in Suite B. This sucked the joy out of my "me" time. Perhaps the owner can make changes to policy to ensure that everyone can enjoy a more positive and enjoyable environment.

My son, who lives in NYC, wanted to buy me a gift certificate for a massage from Mary. He tried for weeks to get a response from leaving voicemails and texts and never got a response. He finally had to go there in person when he got here for Christmas. I have now tried for over 2 weeks, leaving multiple texts and voicemails, and still have not gotten a response to my request for an appointment. This is very poor and unacceptable business practice and customer service!

Had a 5pm appt. Watched my hairdresser walk past me three times on her phone. At 5:30 l sent her a text and was told she screwed up my appt and wasn't at the spa. I was parked next to her and saw her in the building. Far from professional. Do not waste your time or money going there just to lied to. Ignored and dismissed.

Very nice and friendly salon. Love the individual private stylist rooms. I have been going to Maria for many years for cuts and highlights. Maria is highly capable at cutting and styling mens hair and I always walk out with the perfect cut. Maria is an exceptional colorists using premium product with my highlights always looking amazing which also last.
