This place is amazing. I have rented from different companies and non of them come close to how easy, convenient and affordable this one place is. Is super clean and bright. The owner Mike when I had a question answered the phone immediately. He was polite and very professional. I recommend this place to everyone and anyone who hates the hassle of renting a storage unit. When I was done clearing my storage space I called the number and Mike once again answered on the spot and took care of the rest. This was by far the easiest thing I’ve done all year. Cleanest ,safest, easiest and amazing customers service ( which is hard to find nowadays)experience. 5 stars all the way!!

Mike could not be more helpful. He was patient and king with my questions. The entire process was easy, even for the technologically challenged. The set up is perfect, easy access, even for someone elderly with a cane. Help continues after the sale, unlike many. Mike does not abandon you after you purchase, he continues with excellent service and support. Highly recommended!!!

Mike was super helpful in navigating the storage unit at almost any hour Including weekends. The units are temp controlled. The facility is clean and well kept. We had a unique situation and Mike was very helpful. Highly recommend this facility

I'm currently renting a unit from ROC and they are just great. Facility is clean and very nice. Easy access from your phone. Mike is amazing and always available for questions or help. Would highly recommend to anyone needing storage space.

My things were ruined. The owner, who lied about being the owner, said they could pay me for what was damaged but then took it back. You will get flooding depending on the unit. I had unit J.

Amazing customer service, Mike took the time to show me multiple units so that my needs were understood & met. This is one of the cleanest facilities I have seen! I also didn’t have to spend extra money buying an old fashioned lock. I highly recommend!

This storage facility beats all other indoor spots. My last experience with UHAUL was a disaster. The employees here are very trustworthy and the price is great. If you need storage make sure you come here it is worth every penny.
