came in looking for a walk/run hybrid type shoe and needed to figure out the best size and fit. john was informative and kind and helpful. i really enjoyed chatting with him and he made sure i went home with a pair of shoes i felt good in. he even threw in a pair of socks, an added kindness i really appreciated. highly recommend this store, and will definitely be back! thanks again, john!

I had a great experience working with Robyn when I needed to buy a new pair of shoes. She was very patient and accommodating as I tried on at least 5 pairs of different brands of running shoes. The pair I ended up buying are great and I would highly recommend going to RRC for their great customer service!

I’ve been shopping at and running with RRC for years and have always had a good experience. Moving to Rochester from a small town, I was looking for a community feel where I could find what I needed (and wanted) and make friends too! Over the years I’ve found great shoes, accessories, and apparel, but also a community that supported and cheered me on in all my running goals. The owner is probably one of the nicest humans ever. When I first came to the store he spent a lot of time finding the right shoe for me because I can be picky, and through the years has special ordered styles for me

Jon and the whole team are excellent in the craft of running, especially as it pertains to shoes and gear. This is a low pressure environment to choose the best shoe for your run. Gait/foot testing and measurement machine helps decide which options will be best for you. Plus they value building and pouring back into the community by participating in charity races. Overall 10/10 experience and I highly recommend Rochester Running Company for scouting out and choosing your next shoe or running gear.
