Good guy and knows his stuff, but had my BMW X5 for 12 weeks to fix active cruise control system. When I drove away, it still didn’t work, so it was never tested.They also lost lower engine splash shield, which is at least $150 to replace.At least they successfully installed the rear air suspension bags.

Had my BMW X5 for 12 weeks to fix adaptive cruise control. When I picked it up and paid, it still didn't work, but at least he installed the air shocks I provided. He also lost my splash shield under the engine which is gonna cost me $150. to replace.

I'm from the west coast and was in the process of buying an exotic car located in Rochester, so I needed to find a trustworthy mechanic to inspect the car for me without me being there. I spoke with Nick, the owner, and hired him to conduct a PPI for me on this car. He was willing to travel to the dealer, given that that the car couldn't leave the lot until purchased, and he conducted a full inspection on the vehicle. From the beginning, Nick was very responsive, timely, and professional. He conducted the inspection thoroughly and gave me a full detailed report with photos he took. He was very transparent about every issue the car had. Very good service and professionally run auto shop. Highly recommend!

Excellent workmanship; phenomenal customer service; honest and transparent about work - upfront; fair and more-than-reasonable prices.Nick and his crew worked on our diesel VW and gave us valuable information about the care and feeding of diesel engines that no other garage (not even the dealership) gave us.He’s probably saved us $4-5K of repairs in the near future.I’m not easily trustful with auto-repair garages, but Nick and his crew have my rock-solid trust and appreciation. Was not forth coming at all made me feel like I was getting taken advantage of and did not fix the issue in a timely manner until I was admit as my car my Lively hood. To top it off was rude at payment never again!

Nick and his team are very good in terms of communicating what needs to be done, as well as forecasting what should be done in the future and when so there are no unexpected surprises. Fair in price and resourceful for electrical issues, alignments, general maintenance and lights.

I connected with the owner almost two months to schedule an estimate for repair for my Grandmother. He was extremely responsive and got her right in for the estimate the next day. However, he was then supposed to contact me to provide the estimate once it was complete and never did. I've followed up via phone (left a message with an employee) and via email and never heard back. It is pretty disappointing that when you are trying to support a local small business and you never hear back. That being said, if anyone has any recommendations for places to take my grandmother's car to be fixed please comment or message me.
